Does not track my purchases
I have checked in everytime I purchase kolaches almost everyday. I never get the points I am supposed to. It was working better when it was with Thanx app.

I’ll be deleting the app!
If you’re going to have an app, you probably should have a process that is not reminiscent of the 1990’s! Worst experience ever. Ordered through app then when it told me that “asap” really meant 65 minutes (?) I tried to cancel. It wouldn’t cancel. The store also didn’t have the “featured” Kolache which I would have gotten for free (?). I had to call to cancel and was told that I had to call the corp office when they opened to do that. I’m done. Deleting the app and finding a new place for kolaches!

Lots of issues
Kolache Factory’s ordering system puts mobile orders last I went in to pick up my order which I selected ASAP and it said 63 minute wait but no one was inside. They insist they wait the 63 minutes to hand you your order even though they make it right away. I thought I was doing a mobile order to skip the line but no I was doing a mobile order to wait for a timer to countdown.
