Worst service experience with pooja and the customer support

Seems there are bunch of scammer running this fake busniess. We have opted for pooja and they sent me video where there is no way to identify where the pooja was performed. Moreover they took my gotra name incorrectly and after contacting their customer team they are soo stupid that they does not understand anything.
Their phone number is never reachable and it keep repeating the recorded voice.
Pathetic service. Raising the concern with Rozarpay.

The app offers some great features and performs well when it's operational. However, there are significant login issues that detract from the overall experience. Despite entering the correct credentials, I find myself stuck in a perpetual loop that brings me back to the login page. This issue severely hampers the usability of the app and needs to be addressed for it to be genuinely effective.
Annoying popups repeatedly requesting for payments

Itβs really annoying that every 5 seconds the app asks me to pay.
The content looks good and promising but why are you forcing everyone to pay for even viewing something simple in the app?
