IDo NOT USE this carrier!! Total SCAM! Save yourself the headaches and aggravation! I pretty much NEVER write bad reviews, but this carrier deserves to be shut down! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service! Which doesn’t matter anyway because customer service is completely USELESS! they don’t do anything to help! I had to keep paying for top up data when I just wanted to save money and buy the unlimited plan! But couldn’t reach anybody for 2 weeks and was forced to keep topping up data because I would be out doordashing and run out of data without any warning, no texts to let you know. The app wouldn’t let me change to unlimited plan, it said I needed to contact customer service, which was an impossible JOKE!! Had been on hold multiple times for an hour, just for a recording to come on and say I’d be called back, which they NEVER would! If you’re using them, then you most likely have an unlocked phone, so use pure talk, mint mobile or literally ANY other service but them!! They wouldn’t credit what I had spent on top up data towards the unlimited plan, even though records showed that I’d been trying to reach someone for weeks and had no other choice but to top up data bc there was no way to change my plan. Customer service wouldn’t let me speak to a manager or do anything to help, they need to go out of business because nobody would miss their service. It would save other victims aggravation.

I really did NOT appreciate the very ARROGANT female customer service agent who purposely went out of her way to abuse me by purposely misgendering me and disrespecting me talking over me non stop and then hanging up on me repeatedly so I had to call back over and over again outraged. That agent needs to be TERMINATED FULLY because this is no way to represent any company including AIRTALK . Termination of her employment would be good for AIRTALK and AIRTALKS CUSTOMERS. Thank you also note I was sent a broken iPhone 8 and in order to get warranty, I was required to produce a video showing what was wrong before they would replace it. Many can’t do that and are harmed by this practice not getting warranty honored. Further, I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and sent the iPhone 8 back . My SIM card was then turned off completely and I waited weeks for the replacement without service. While Safelink allows tethering of allotted data and I paid for extra monthly data and got a iPad 2 which is out dated with insecure software . The iPad is useless in that it can not be tethered to be used and came with no SIM card. When the replacement came, an old used iPhone 8 which is a 3 g phone while AirTalk advertised 5 g lte . I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and at least now have 5 g lte access although it is slowed down to a third of 5 g lte speed purposely.

When I first received my phone man it worked fantastic I was thrilled with my service then about two months in I started noticing my data was not unlimited like they advertised now nearly a year into having my service I’m lucky to even get my emails to load I have zero data apparently and I’ve never got the assistance with the internet I’ve only ever just had my phone please think twice before you waist your acp benefits with this company they have NO DATA can’t send pictures or emoji’s or even a gif don’t be tricked by the lie of unlimited data they don’t have any data after you’ve been with them for 3 or 4 months!!
