IDo NOT USE this carrier!! Total SCAM! Save yourself the headaches and aggravation! I pretty much NEVER write bad reviews, but this carrier deserves to be shut down! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service! Which doesn’t matter anyway because customer service is completely USELESS! they don’t do anything to help! I had to keep paying for top up data when I just wanted to save money and buy the unlimited plan! But couldn’t reach anybody for 2 weeks and was forced to keep topping up data because I would be out doordashing and run out of data without any warning, no texts to let you know. AirVoiceWireless wouldn’t let me change to unlimited plan, it said I needed to contact customer service, which was an impossible JOKE!! Had been on hold multiple times for an hour, just for a recording to come on and say I’d be called back, which they NEVER would! If you’re using them, then you most likely have an unlocked phone, so use pure talk, mint mobile or literally ANY other service but them!! They wouldn’t credit what I had spent on top up data towards the unlimited plan, even though records showed that I’d been trying to reach someone for weeks and had no other choice but to top up data bc there was no way to change my plan. Customer service wouldn’t let me speak to a manager or do anything to help, they need to go out of business because nobody would miss their service. It would save other victims aggravation.

This company is not LeGit I randomly received a sims in the mail with a promotion package. I thought it was a good deal for my teen daughter. The sims was already activated and everything. I decided oh since the promotion states that they sale iPhone for a lower price i'll just stick with them pay for a plan but nooooo I get a plan then review to cost of the iPhones and it was DOUBLR THE PRICE Advertised. I then try to call in a speck to someone in customer service,NO ONE ANSWERS NO ONE. I DECIDE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE BUT GUESS WHAT NO ONE ANSWERS TO CANCEL MY PLAN. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BERUAL ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WAS JUST ROBBED OUT OF $50 bucks

I have a free government phone i have had it for over a year and it is all messed up and it also charges all the way up then it says it’s all the way then it says only about 7 percent plug it in for about 45 minutes or less says its in the 70 s i really needs a new one but I need same phone number what can I do about this or am I screwed

I am supposed ro have 25GB of high speed data. I never use even 5gb per month, because you have to be on wifi for your phone to load anything. Yes, they give you an outdated phone AND the data is no where near unlimited or even fast enough to use the data you paid for. I will be taking my ACP benefits elsewhere because the hardware and the data make your phone UNUSABLE.

This is a warning you get what you don’t pay for! Nothing good I have been scammed by a stalker for 4 years, these phone companies have been straight trash! One spoiled apple can ruin the whole program! I have destroyed phone after phone also ordered a tablet that was never to work! So moral of story guard your possession with everything because there are many wolves dressed a sheep!

I really did NOT appreciate the very ARROGANT female customer service agent who purposely went out of her way to abuse me by purposely misgendering me and disrespecting me talking over me non stop and then hanging up on me repeatedly so I had to call back over and over again outraged. That agent needs to be TERMINATED FULLY because this is no way to represent any company including AIRTALK . Termination of her employment would be good for AIRTALK and AIRTALKS CUSTOMERS. Thank you also note I was sent a broken iPhone 8 and in order to get warranty, I was required to produce a video showing what was wrong before they would replace it. Many can’t do that and are harmed by this practice not getting warranty honored. Further, I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and sent the iPhone 8 back . My SIM card was then turned off completely and I waited weeks for the replacement without service. While Safelink allows tethering of allotted data and I paid for extra monthly data and got a iPad 2 which is out dated with insecure software . The iPad is useless in that it can not be tethered to be used and came with no SIM card. When the replacement came, an old used iPhone 8 which is a 3 g phone while AirTalk advertised 5 g lte . I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and at least now have 5 g lte access although it is slowed down to a third of 5 g lte speed purposely.

I downloaded AirVoiceWireless and it won’t even let me in AirVoiceWireless at all. Then airtalk wireless sent me an iPhone with software not updated so as a result I can’t even download half the apps on AirVoiceWireless store at all. What’s the point of sending me an iPhone with very old software? Then my hotspot I was promised was never given as a service and my data runs slower than a cruise ship trip across the ocean. This is not convenient at all. You con artists locked my phone from being able to update its software. That’s a shame.

This iPhone is outdated I can’t even download any apps I got maybe 1 or 2 apps and everyone of the others need a more up to date software to install thanks for the phone and all I mean it calls and receives texts but the internet connection is super slow and sometimes never loads the page I’m looking for and for someone in the Bay Area who needs a fast reliable connection this is not the one for me

Worst company ever. The service is horrible. Data does t work have the time. They cut off my data when I still had over 2 gb, I had to buy more data at $15 a gb. Still didn’t work. Spent 2 hours on the phone with them trying to fix it. No compensation. Lowest data allowance at 2gb a month for super slow data. Calls don’t come thru just voicemails later. I tried to sign into AirVoiceWireless but it won’t recognize their own number. If you want the worst service, slow data, incompetent customer care, then waste more data downloading AirVoiceWireless. This company should be marked as a scam.

When I first received my phone man it worked fantastic I was thrilled with my service then about two months in I started noticing my data was not unlimited like they advertised now nearly a year into having my service I’m lucky to even get my emails to load I have zero data apparently and I’ve never got the assistance with the internet I’ve only ever just had my phone please think twice before you waist your acp benefits with this company they have NO DATA can’t send pictures or emoji’s or even a gif don’t be tricked by the lie of unlimited data they don’t have any data after you’ve been with them for 3 or 4 months!!

The iPhone came with two apps already installed on the phone trying to log in multiple times neither one will let me. Doesn’t even have the option to create a new account. Two apps but what’s the difference between the two. Then it ask for the SIM card number to activate but the phone is already activated to get more confusing it says the sim is incorrect. Gheech guess I’ll just uninstall them cuz there useless. FYI it’s not unlimited calls nor message it states 250 minutes for both 😕. Guess that’s what you get for the price 🤷🏽‍♀️

My phone got disconnected I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company with no luck my children’s school has tried to call me when one of my kids had an accident at the school and phone had been un available I would like for this company to reconnect my phone number back I’m really disappointed

I can’t imagine how terrible it is, Internet is super slow and during the day don’t think that you can use your GB. Big No No unless they speed up the internet and let me use my data that I bought before expired. These people know how to steal money from the people

This phone is for entry-level users. This phone will not download most apps that are out there and are needed for business or anything else for that matter. I have not been able to update the iOS therefore the operating system is old, limited and outdated. I have sent several messages for tech-support to help me. But I have been provided with very limited information and left in the dark with no response when it comes to updating the operating system so I can download and utilize apps. I am thankful, get extremely frustrated at this product at this time. My name is D money and I am from Seattle Washington, where tech is not an option but A Necessity for daily life functions and development.

Im supposed to had unlimited talk, text, and data. But i do not get free data at all. Also i can not send pics or stickers and etc. why can't i get the features i was told about once i joined ? Im thinking about going back to qlink wireless i did not have any trouble with them at all unless you can fix these problems for me i may need to leave. Also i signed up for acp to get help on my internet bill but never got any help on my bill ??

I mean it sends texts and makes and receives calls.
BUT!
No voicemail ? Kind of hard to deal without having.
Can’t send picture messages?
Sometimes receive picture messages.
It was a free iphone and free contract I believe is unlimited text and calls I’m not sure due to AirVoiceWireless for the carrier service downloaded twice and gets you no where because everything that came with the phone when you type it in is invalid. But I’m happy it calls and receives calls. Texts and receive text. It’ll do for now. Some things could be updated so other features work

These people are horrible to try to contact over the phone I’ve been calling for days with no answer especially if your not calling from the phone they provide. App is excellent

I have to agree with a review I just read, this phone is for beginners. My whole life is on my phone and now I have nothing. This has actually steered me away from the iPhone. That’s just my opinion though.

So I have been reading everyone’s reviews,& I’m shocked! I received the iPhone 8+ I paid for, and all I had to do was just update the software. My service has worked completely and consistently since I’ve gotten the phon. I don’t know why ever else is having such a bad experience, but mines been great! Thanks AirTalk I appreciate y’all!
