I got a free government phone with service free every month using my SSI and I meant to only order a sims card for my phone and it wont let me cancel current plan to get a sim card

The main address, with no space number, is the office's business address, but if there is a space number, it's a resident's address.

Air-talk wireless hi-jacked my lifeline plan - leaving me cut off from phone contacts. I couldn’t speak to someone just to ask a question about what iPhones they can support- they only had options to apply for their service; then they said I meet the criteria but needed to verify phone number and email. Then they said thanks for joining, we are sending a phone & SIM card. Then sent me a email saying er are giving you $5 extra. I found a different service - chatted with a person, got my answers answered and want to go with that programbb my when I buy my new phone. I don’t even know how to get my service back to either the service I have (great, but no eSIM yet- TruConnect) nor will I be ready to transfer to new service. Angry? They need to retire service to TruConnect immediately.
