Hope I didn’t purchase the same items three times. Very glitchy app. No direct way to reach customer service either.

Made purchasing almost impossible. Website wouldn’t load cart correctly.

The only page that loads is the home page and it’s nearly completely blank.

I was so excited to see PB Teen now had an app. But when it asks me to use my location, the button to agree never pops up and blocks all functionality of PotteryBarnTeenShopping because I can’t agree to it.

PotteryBarnTeenShopping is tough to use. It’s slow and sluggish and doesn’t process changes to the cart efficiently. The result is that the order you think you’re placing isn’t the right order because the changes weren’t processed yet.

PotteryBarnTeenShopping never loads, my cart never saves, it doesn’t let me view favorites, and always says, “something went wrong.” 2 stars because I love Pottery Barn’s products, but their apps need a lot of work.

Don’t get me wrong. The furniture is beautiful, but it’s so expensive and I will not be spending that money on the furniture, but if it was cheaper, it would probably be my go to furniture store

I like most pottery barn items, although we’ve had multiple problems with beds across the years. However, they are one of the few shopping sites that charge a ridiculous processing fee, which is absolutely absurd, their packaging is nothing special!!

The website was so bad I had to download PotteryBarnTeenShopping just to checkout.

I dislike that I have to place 3 separate orders because you refuse to combine stores, and you don’t sell KING size sheets or duvets in the Star Wars or Harry Potter collection.

Loved picking some bedding and linens for 3 special people in our lives. We have had a wonderful relationship with the Pottery Barn team in Little Rock nearly 11 years ago after we lost our log home to fire. The team got us back on our feet and helped make our next home comfortable and inviting. We shall forever remember their help, love and kindness. We only wish the store was still in Little Rock! We miss it being close by!

I love the PBteen app! It’s so easy to use and adding things to your quart is so simple! Checking out is very easy as well! They will save the items in your cart as long as your signed in and they will let you know if an item is popular and will sell out quick! PotteryBarnTeenShopping never freezes up and makes shopping at PBteen so much fun!!

Always can count on Pottery Barn for high quality items at reasonable prices.

I love many Pottery Barn Teen items for myself and my home - as an adult, not a teen! Just really cute quality items!

This is the second one I’m ordering because the quality is so good and I want to have an extra for a back up.

Love your site, but just wish you had better sales, for I would always buy from your company!

This is a FABULOUS mid-weight blanket that is so soft and fluffy it feels like real fur against the skin! I am purchasing this in all the colors to give as Christmas gifts if I can bare to part with them. This year I ordered an Ugg high-end faux fur blanket, and another that is “bombing” my instagram page and neither come close to this blanket. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

I purchased some Halloween hello kitty pjs for my sister and she loves them so I thought lets get her the Christmas ones according to her they are comfy she could wear them all day and when she gets some real money she is going to shop at pottery barn on a regular. I would recommend 1000 percent shipping was fast and easy no hassle
