App required me to make two separate payments both utilizing the same card.
Tried the website too, woman on the phone told me to try a different browser, I’m on their App, there is no browser.
Almost entire purchase through Apple Card, remaining .29 cents had to go through Pay Pal, guess which card is attached to my Pay Pal.
She insisted I must not have enough money.
What customer service starts with blaming the customer for having invalid funds as a potential issue…?!?
Cannot believe I’ve spent thousands of dollars with a company that blames customers for their IT issues.
What is the point of an app that won’t actually let you complete a purchase? I’ve been trying for more than a week with no success. Ridiculous.
I can’t log into my account and I can’t see the things I was going to buy 😏
I had an address I no longer use and when I tried to change it BootBarn would not let me and decided to remove my current address on its own so no I’m stuck with an order that’s being shipped out to an address I no longer live at.
It’s showing a store in Tallahassee and won’t let me show a different store and I don’t even live in that area!!
The good feature of BootBarn : It locates its stores quite well. You can search the products through key words quickly. The filters are good to narrow your searches.
The bad part is the super important part. You CAN’T use it to find the actual inventory in stores to have a try on.
And I don’t mean just one pair of jeans or a pair of boots.
What I mean is that there can be a whole collection of a brand missing that is stated on BootBarn to be present in a store.
So for example, if you’re looking for a particular label of jeans… BootBarn will enable shoppers to check the availability AT THE STORE OF YOUR CHOICE (by tapping the “in store” button).
That feature is broken.
Three different stores were supposed to have a certain label available in several styles today according to BootBarn , but the employees couldn’t locate a single one.
I think that’s really frustrating. People like to
see products on an app -but many like to actually know where they can find it to try it on; especially boots. Boots don’t always fit the same!
The return policy is good, but gas and time mean a lot to most of us today.
Fix this and you’ve got five stars from me
Normally I’m on boot barn nonstop. However, it has been extremely slow and it says it’s still loading whenever I try to change tabs or look at things.
… it stopped working. I can no longer Sign In or choose Account tab. All the other features work except these two. Apparently there is a bug preventing the login/account screen to load. Doesn’t matter if on wifi or cellular.
BootBarn is good and helps you look for stores and what you need but it can be very glitchy while going through payments. It’s happened to me a couple of times when you check out with affirm or apple or try to use your rewards, the payment will sometimes not go through or over charge you. Sometimes the payment doesn’t even go through just because it won’t go through. It’s also an issue that I get charged but my order history will not register the item and the item never really gets shipped but I still get charged. Please fix this problem, it’s such a fantastic app that really does help but the check out portion of your app needs a lot of attention along with the rewards program.

I like BootBarn but I can’t make a purchase. I enter all my details in the checkout and on the last page where it says “place order“ I click it and it never goes through.
Feels a little busy and messy like a newspaper. There were a few places where it glitched and had large patches of white blocking parts of the screen.
Won’t load the account page so there’s no point in having BootBarn if I have to use google to sign in to their website
Several buttons don’t work, difficult to navigate. Not BootBarn you want when you just want to find a product in your locale store.
Every time I scroll to brows it takes me back up to the same things I already looked at whether I hold my finger on the screen or not. It also keeps kicking me out. I had to delete and just shop online
doesn’t let me log into my account and says my password is wrong but I changed it thinking it was wrong but it still isn’t working. it also doesn’t loud the account button. many glitches in BootBarn.
Couldn’t place an order cause BootBarn wasn’t working. Made my stuff disappear from my cart. After creating a filter to shop for selected items, once I added something to my cart and clicked, “continue shopping” it cleared my filter and took me to a completely different page where I had to start over. Love Boot Barn but not BootBarn
Filters don't truly work when browsing for products. If I filter for men's I still get women's. And if i filter by brand for Ariat, I still see other brands mixed in.
I’m loving BootBarn and all the information and extra things it offers.
Went to make my first purchase and BootBarn froze on my twice. I had to exit BootBarn and reopen. It was fine, though stressful because I was waiting for purchase confirmation.
I love BootBarn and store! Super cute western clothes, a bit pricy tough. I recommend that we can heart items and make wishlists please!
Good layout kinda buggy. The in store rewards and app rewards don’t connect either. I’ve probably spend 400+ so far in store and have zero rewards because it doesn’t carry over to BootBarn .
BootBarn is slow and doesnt show you your orders when u buy online, alot of bugs, i love BootBarn but i wish it would work faster and better.
It’s a good and easy to use app however I really wish that the “in stock” option was a little more transparent.

I love having BootBarn on my phone, makes shopping on this app a lot easier, however I’ve been having problems with it. For a while now I’ve been trying to access my account info(my points) and everytime I click on the account button it just is frozen and forever loading. Please help!

Love that there is an app but wish I could see inventory levels at my local stores after I select an item like on the website with an available today option after I type in my zip-code, that way I know which store to go to get my item.

Easy to use application. Would love to see a “save for later” option, and would love to be able to apply my veteran discount to online purchases.

A lot of shopping/store specific apps are extremely glitchy now-a-days. Very thankfully that this one isn’t and was happy with my experience shopping online.

I have been a shopper at BB for around twenty years I love all the new options and variety. My 4 children are also now avid BB shoppers. I can’t tell you how glad we are about all the new openings. I’m so happy with all of my recent purchases. The only thing that makes me sad is when my rewards disappear 😕. I just feel after you’ve been with y’all for so many years you should get something special like rewards that don’t expire. Consider it. It might keep others away from the competitors. It’s fluid it’s also very easy to use. I never have any issues when I use this application. It’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. I have no complaints.
I have been to multiple boot stores and boot barn is the best i have found. Customer service is always on point. Boots a great quality. They deserve the 5 stars given. I have never had a bad experience with boot barn.
They always have styles for my boys and when in store, the staff are always so helpful.

I have now bought my first pair of boots ever and now 3-4 different hats that are all awesome. It’s mailed professionally done, looks super, and fits well!
My favorite store finally has an app!!! Yayyyyy and There’s so much more than just shopping . There’s a lot of cool stuff on BootBarn I’m pretty impressed. I can even find local rodeos and listen to a free country radio in BootBarn while I shop. This is too cool , nice job boot barn!
