Hi,
This app worked fine for a couple of times. Then it started looting. I bought 8 tickets (€3.40x2), but those tickets didnot show up in the app. I got looted easily by the app. Worst app ever.
Do not use if a foreigner

I’m visiting from another country. Downloaded the app. Created an account and bought a ticket! Easy! However the ticket never showed up. I can’t access it. I see the charge on my credit card, but still no ticket.
After logging out and back in, I see that it needs more account info from me. Including a tax code which I do not have as I am a foreigner. Maybe this is why my ticket is not showing up. Why would it let me buy a ticket if they need this info? What a waste of my time, money, and sanity.
This app is continuously having problems.

Today I was trying to activate a single ticket, had 6 left from a multi fare ticket. Pressed the button, the app looked like it was working but then it just returned back to the activation page like nothing happened. I checked to see if it had worked, it didn’t so I pressed again. Same thing happened. Pressed again, no response. A couple of more times I tried until I closed the app and restarted it. When it opened I saw it had actually activated all my remaining tickets, which is amazing because I only chose a single ticket and when the app works you can’t activate more tickets when a ticket is active.
First this app almost got me arrested for showing wrong information and now it stole my money.
How hard is it to get this thing to work properly?
