How to fix PiP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PiP app on iPhone
Update PiP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PiP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PiP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PiP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PiP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PiP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PiP App
1. On android, goto Settings » PiP » click [Force Stop]

Update PiP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PiP App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PiP » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PiP.

Fix PiP unable to contact server/ PiP internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PiP » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PiP » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PiP
