Purchased it on my iPad thinking it outdoors show on my iPhone as well. WhenI downloaded it onto my iPhone it wants me to buy it again. Is this right? Shouldn’t it work for me on both devices?

How to fix Picture Mushroom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Picture Mushroom app on iPhone
Update Picture Mushroom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Picture Mushroom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Picture Mushroom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Picture Mushroom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Picture Mushroom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Picture Mushroom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Picture Mushroom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Picture Mushroom » click [Force Stop]

Update Picture Mushroom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Picture Mushroom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Picture Mushroom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Picture Mushroom.

Fix Picture Mushroom unable to contact server/ Picture Mushroom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Picture Mushroom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Picture Mushroom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Picture Mushroom
