9 Most reported problems 😔💔
I was playing Huff n Puff grande and I hit a bonus. As soon as it hit, it bumped me out and would not let me back in. It just constantly keeps reloading. I have deleted the app, cleared cache and cookies and downloaded the app again. It still has the glitch and keeps reloading. I now lost money and the results of the bonus that never started. There is no way to contact customer service like other casinos with a chat when the problem arises. This is ridiculous.
Online sports book not liading
I opened up a acct with $250 made one bet and it lost and it took me down to $200 when I went to place another best it would not recognize my location so i tried to reenter all the information and now it shows my wallet 0 before the wallet would show 200 I just could not use it. This is the worst on line site I have ever used. Please return my 200 and cancel my account. Thanks
my account online has been locked. it was locked because of an issue involving paypal. the issue has been resolved and paypal has emailed you to that effect. I have over 500 crwedits, have spent hundreds of dollars with yuou and cannot get my account unlocked

Nothing but bugs and glitches 50% of the time. They should refund your money every time you play. If you play long enough, you see the returns are NOT even what they say they are. Once you've won a certain amount of $, they program you to lose every time. You will be on a neverending losing streak, no matter how many hundreds of dollars you funnel in, waiting for your "luck" to change. They will take all your money, guilt free. You are basically donating to a charity named "Betrivers". These game results are not random, they are not skill based. You will lose every time because they program you to lose. They are evil scammers, happy to rip you off under the guise of "entertaining" you. If watching yourself get ripped off is entertaining, then throw your $ away.
Terrible app

This app is an absolute nightmare-DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. My wife tried to sign up and use the “up to 500 dollars back in a no sweat bet”. Once logged in into the app-the app would not even let her even place a bet; after already having deposited 500 dollars! After spending over an hour trying to figure out that mess, she was finally able to log in and place a bet.. after the bet was placed-the app closed her account on an “internal business decision”.. This app will literally STEAL your money and bonus bets. They will give you endless excuses as to why they won’t give you what you are owed. This app is not user friendly and is a waste of time. We will be suing Bet rivers for breach of contract.. I hope everyone reading this knows never to download or use this app!!!
Too Long to get paid when you win

Unlike DraftKings, Fan Duel or ESPN Bet where a withdrawal takes minutes , hours at the most , this App takes days, regardless of the option you choose. You can’t take deposits instantly and then take 3-5 days to pay your patrons back. The epitome of holding ur money getting interest for a few days then giving it back to you. If you are going to hold my money, pay me the interest on it. Game play is solid but many other better options out there in terms of payment. Give folks the option to wire or get paid within minutes and it will be a better experience. As soon as I get my money I will be closing my account.
