After having Mike take my support question online to our phones, I pocket dialed him when in the grocery store and he proceeded to block me because he didn’t remember who I was. Because of how many negative interactions he has, he confused me with someone else that was trying to cancel a subscription. After he realized this, he petitioned to have my negative review removed because he was all over the place with his unprofessional and uncourteous response. If you need to measure sq ft for a job, Google can do it just fine and doesn’t charge you for that free service like this guy does. He considers himself very good looking (he said that to me) and his customer service is unhinged. You can see previous negative reviews point out the lack of support, and here he is trying to fix that but doesn’t have the temper or customer service skills to do so consistently and cannot stand honest criticism without sitting around trying to remove as many negative reviews as possible. If you want to pay for service that you can get for free, here’s your app. If you want to support a business owner as I’ve described, this is your app. But if you don’t like people trying to make a quick buck off new business owners that have an ego and bad customer service, then this is not your app. Can’t wait to see who he thinks I am this time and if you remove my review I’ll post another. People should know about your personality and u professionalism.

I am brand new to the pressure washing industry. I took the how to was course. In that course their was a part talking about quote IQ. I really liked the features that was talked about, so I down loaded it. I used the free version at first to get use to it. After I got my pressure washing equipment from southeast I went ahead and payed for the platinum version. I really like the mapping measurements and the 28 point check list that version had. Using the map measurements made it super easy to do my first quote and it makes a very professional quote for you to send to your customers. The way it keeps up with payments and expenses it also very nice. I would recommend QuoteIQ pretty easy to navigate through.

Everything is very easy to use but so far I have experienced a few issues that are not ground breaking but are annoyances. They are, when I am quoting a large job with lots of descriptions it will freeze QuoteIQ on the final page and not allow me to do anything but close QuoteIQ , another issue is that when my quotes are finalized and in pdf form they have run on numbers and it just looks off putting. Using the mapping feature and other features has been a nice addition. Hope to see everything dialed in soon. Also would be nice to be able to add multiple different mapped areas per service. Such as driveway, seperate sidewalks under one concrete line.

I recently started the process of setting up my pressure washing business. I discovered QuoteIQ through some video researching and gave it a try. Wow at the simplicity. At first it had a few hiccups as any new app would but as of lately all the issues I was having have seemed to stop. Its on point. I am currently waiting on my trailer build to be completed from Southeast Softwash and with QuoteIQ already have 2 weeks of jobs lined up. QuoteIQ’s awesome and does it all but wash for you. I guarantee you try the free version you will be upgrading. Best part I can run it all from my phone, then in the evenings review everything on a desktop. Im looking forward to seeing where the future of QuoteIQ goes.

I Started a Pressure Washing company this last spring (2022) and my God, balancing work, school, my health, time with family/friends, AND my business has been almost impossible! After looking at several CRM’s I chose this app and so glad that I did. It is very easy to set up and use. I am still using the free version and that alone has so many features. All customer contacts in same place, easily search and see everything you have quoted, email estimates, see notifications when someone has viewed your quote and Shows when they have accepted it. Schedule job to the calendar and right from the calendar you can mark job as complete, quickly send the invoice, and get to your next job. You can set up general emails and texts for sending estimates and another pre-set for when you send the invoice. Also when sending the invoice you can have pre-set a brief request for a google review along with adding the direct link to your review page. ALL IN THE FREE VERSION!!!

I am looking forward to unlocking some of the other features soon! QuoteIQ is a game changer for me and something I could not operate my successful business without.

The best part is the customer service. If you have a question, there is an AI chat bot that can often quickly provide an answer. If not, the developer will quickly contact you back to help, at times immediately! And the developers are constantly improving the program.

I have been using it regularly for about 6 months now, I’m glad I chose QuoteIQ and have no regrets.

Mike, I’m having a problem with QuoteIQ . If I go too long without opening QuoteIQ , say, a few hours.. when I click on it, it brings me to this stock photo screen of cleaning tools and such, but it just stays there. So I usually wait a for a minute, then just close out QuoteIQ altogether, and it does it again. So I have to delete QuoteIQ & then re-download it. It’s super annoying.

But it’s still a 5 star bc QuoteIQ itself is phenomenal!! You thought of everything. I know that little bug can be fixed. So please do fix it! Bc I just want to be able to click on it, do my stuff and move on. I don’t want to have to re-download it after every job especially if I have crappy service where the job is. I’m not sure why it’s doing it, or even if I’m the only person it’s doing it to. None of my other apps do it, so I assumed it was a problem on y’all’s end.
