Very disappointed. Trial NOT a good impression/start for such an expensive app!?? Nothing works when it says “network error” EVERY SINGLE TIME-so you cannot do anything on the app. Checked and my network connection IS WORKING on EVERYTHING ELSE. Only getting ONE ☝🏻 more chance and then I am GonE.

Close and restart the Pixel Max app on iPhone
Update Pixel Max app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pixel Max iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pixel Max on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pixel Max network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pixel Max Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pixel Max not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pixel Max App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pixel Max » click [Force Stop]

Update Pixel Max to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pixel Max App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pixel Max » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pixel Max.

Fix Pixel Max unable to contact server/ Pixel Max internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pixel Max » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pixel Max » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pixel Max
