Worked yesterday. This morning: nope. Stuck on the loading logo page and won’t progress beyond after 10 minutes of waiting. I have the latest app. I restarted DeliveryKPG and the phone. I have an excellent cell and wifi connection. What gives?
This is barely an app. If doesn’t even work half the time! Menus load to blank white screens. Menu items don’t load. Swipe back to blank screen again. Have to quit DeliveryKPG and try again.
Setting a location is painful and difficult.
Overall DeliveryKPG is clunky, annoying to use and barely functional.
Tip the driver in DeliveryKPG ? The company takes the money and they don’t give it to the drivers! I confirmed w multiple drivers that this is true. How messed up is that?
I can’t order anything successfully. You can’t push the restaurant’s to use your app for delivery, but then have an app that doesn’t actually work. I just don’t get it.
They make it sound like the tips given in-app goes to the drivers, but it doesn’t! They even confirmed this. Not cool.

It always logs me out, and now they don't accept Mastercard or Visa for orders anymore. It's getting harder and harder to use
