In your description box it seems to indicate that it was free however I was charged $62.40 after a few days that price was not shown in the box, which I feel it was false advertising. Please respond. In January 2023 when I downloaded this subscription it said no price that it was free and I was charged for this subscription. I was not aware of this charge and I thought it was free and it didn’t say anything about the cost. I would not downloaded this subscription if the cost was advertised in the subscription box, I feel this is false advertising. Please respond

It’s difficult to understand what MoreCleaner is composing. I don’t want to lose pictures I really need to store.

I purchased your product last night and now cannot cancel…give me the phone number to cancel before the 3 day grace period so I am not charged your $34.99 fee . I will have this as my proof of attempt to contact you, since I am unable to find you on Google
or your suggestion of going to my subscriptions, since you won’t put it in my subscription yet! This is my proof! I want to cancel!
This is December 18 and I purchased on December 17, 2023.

This developer has been placing deceptive ads that look like warning dialogs to trick users into installing this junk.

They use a graphic that looks like Apple’s Settings icon, along with threatening text that reads “Your device memory is full! If this problem is not resolved within two minutes, the system will be delete all your contacts and photos, and the SIM card will be damaged.”

Which is utter, total nonsense. This developer doesn’t deserve a dime of your money or an ounce of respect.

Apple, please take notice and remove such deceptive advertising and apps from your platform.

First off, MoreCleaner is useless and provides zero features that are not on your phone already. Secondly, they post false ads linking to their app, and display generic messages saying that one's phone storage is full, even if it’s not.

Sick and tired of this ad popping up I would not purchase now for anything. Tried it. It doesn’t work and you can clear your phone without paying for a stupid app. Don’t waste your time and money.

The cleaner or none of the features ever work on my iPhone so I don’t want to pay for any subscription for something that doesn’t function at all

I keep trying these clean apps but none of them do anything. I have been getting threatening emails for months. I have gone to one of the Apple stores, but they are located in such horrible places since Zi’m 81 and have just had back surgery

I want to take the time out of my day to write this review because I am so annoyed right now. MoreCleaner is literal trash. I signed up for a free trial and when I went to cancel it, before the days ended as I do with every other app, they charged me! I’ve never experienced this with an app before. I wouldn’t recommend downloading if you just want to try it real quick. because they’re going to take your money, the liars 🙃

Seems to work well only problem I’m having is it’s taking hours to load up all the photos actually haven’t gotten it to load up yet after 4or 5 attempts . But I can see the potential of the efficiency

Truth be told I won’t know for certain what I have just done? But make no pretext of understanding what I actually accomplished when compared with what I thought I did? More likely that my amateur evaluations will be made after I learn what I have done? In the highly unlikely event I screwed up my phone and find myself swearing at “me”. Ergo — so far so good.

I can’t tell you how much good all this deleting is going to do until I use the phone

I paid to clean up storage and every time I play a game I have to clean up storage. Waste of money

MoreCleaner is okay it’s helping me to clean my phone I wish it would offer more ways to delete more things off the phone,right now it’s just offering to delete photos.

I have a bunch of stuff and I came across this one it's free! And you just leave some photos out and press delete it's SO EASY 😮‍💨

Really useful I used up all of my storage and then when I found MoreCleaner I literally used 56 gigabytes instead of 64 gigabytes

MoreCleaner is good. It helps me sort my photos and videos in my album! I have no more space to store my photos and it helps me to clear up!
Also, it intercepts incoming calls, which is great for me.

It's very easy for me to clear my memory space, and it also helps me quickly filter photos for deletion, which I really like! Also, this software helps me protect my privacy very well. I love it! Hope for more good features.
