Like the other reviewer, I also wish I’d never downloaded the latest update. Very frustrating that you cannot go back to the old version even if you delete the new one and redownload the older one. It automatically says that you are already in the newest version and have to sign out to use the old one.

Other issues include:
App opening and then immediately closing out over and over again till it “decides” to remain open and available to use.
Freezes up constantly so that you cannot continue with whatever you were doing in Repsly without restarting again.
Will not show completed tasks even if you have completed and submitted surveys, notes etc.
Less intuitive- makes you have to click around to different screens to get to history of previous notes and visits.
Timing of your day is off- will say you worked 2.5 hours after really working a full day. Also mileage is inaccurate but that was the same in the previous version.
I’ve wasted so much time out of my day dealing with Repsly not functioning correctly. Not sure why they have not addressed these issues yet but my advice would be to stay away!

This new app is absolutely horrible. Please go back to the old way. When adding in new places, you can’t search the name on maps like before. You have to manually enter it in or go to the general area the new business is, then hit a button that can have 2-10 options, or you can manually enter it in. When scheduling businesses you have manually added in, they do not show up on the map where they actually are. Horrible interface. Horrible mapping. Awful all around. I will be searching for a replacement of this app.

The update is so bad. It looks like a middle schooler who just learned HTML made it. No idea why they think this is better.

How are we supposed to be sales professional with tools like this?? Crashes every time I open it. I'm on iOS 16.1

I wish I could give Repsly 0 stars! This is the most poorly designed glitchy app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Absolutely horrible.

New version makes life more difficult. Go back to original app.

The update is terrible!!! The barcode scanner is hard to read barcode. Repsly is slower. I never seen an update actually makes an app worse.

Repsly is frustrating, it doesn’t let me select certain things that are mandatory for my company. Going to be using old this app for now until they fix this issue

This new app doesn’t help me at all…I would think with the bad reviews you would notice.. Thank God I put my routes on paper because I can not see my previous routes on your app… yes it show what I did on a certain day but the old app if I pushed October 1 and the a store I would see all visits in the past. Smh..

Freezes all the time. Have to close and reopen it.

Trying to schedule my route and Repsly is giving me an error message that it’s unable to calculate distance… tried deleted and reinstalling and yes my location services are on

Works intermittently. Even when you see your target store via Repsly it won’t let you login giving you message that it doesn’t exist in Google. Really? But your app is showing via google it’s there. So frustrating.

This tool as more a back up emailing tool.

I like the look of this new this app! The only complaint I have is that there isn’t a status update section. We use that a lot to communicate about our deliveries at work. If that can be put into this new this app app, I will remove the other one.

Very user friendly application. Grateful my company uses this app because it makes life easier for me out in the field.

Mostly good updates. Much faster to use, and most of the things I didn't like are being updated as it get released.

My day to day life in the field has gotten exponentially better since we purchased
this app. I feel faster, smarter, able to sell smarter. And I love the coaching / chat features!

This version is far more efficient and cleaner. Thanks for the update!
