Like the other reviewer, I also wish I’d never downloaded the latest update. Very frustrating that you cannot go back to the old version even if you delete the new one and redownload the older one. It automatically says that you are already in the newest version and have to sign out to use the old one.
Other issues include:
App opening and then immediately closing out over and over again till it “decides” to remain open and available to use.
Freezes up constantly so that you cannot continue with whatever you were doing in the app without restarting again.
Will not show completed tasks even if you have completed and submitted surveys, notes etc.
Less intuitive- makes you have to click around to different screens to get to history of previous notes and visits.
Timing of your day is off- will say you worked 2.5 hours after really working a full day. Also mileage is inaccurate but that was the same in the previous version.
I’ve wasted so much time out of my day dealing with this app not functioning correctly. Not sure why they have not addressed these issues yet but my advice would be to stay away!

This new app is absolutely horrible. Please go back to the old way. When adding in new places, you can’t search the name on maps like before. You have to manually enter it in or go to the general area the new business is, then hit a button that can have 2-10 options, or you can manually enter it in. When scheduling businesses you have manually added in, they do not show up on the map where they actually are. Horrible interface. Horrible mapping. Awful all around. I will be searching for a replacement of repsly.

This new app doesn’t help me at all…I would think with the bad reviews you would notice.. Thank God I put my routes on paper because I can not see my previous routes on your app… yes it show what I did on a certain day but the old app if I pushed October 1 and the a store I would see all visits in the past. Smh..
