How to fix Umi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Umi app on iPhone
Update Umi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Umi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Umi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Umi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Umi app issues:

Force Stop the Umi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Umi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Umi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Umi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Umi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Umi.

Fix Umi unable to contact server/ Umi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Umi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Umi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Umi on android.
