I been trying to add my phone number for the past hour and keeps giving me the error of Something is wrong. I tried checking ParkingPayments Support and it takes me to their home page where it offers no actually support contact but a ovation to settle disputes if you park in their locations and have to pay a fine. I go to the parking garage in Miami Beach to charge my car for no more than an hour and there is no way for me to create an account to make sure I’m not being fined. This application has been an awful experience and if you need to park, please avoid all these parking locations as they will try to rob you.

ParkingPayments is terrible. I’m following the instructions and (crappy) UI cues and it keeps giving error messages with no explanation as to what’s wrong or how to fix the problem. I’d say use the mobile site but that’s just as bad. I’m going to wake up to a ticket because the thing refuses to work and let me pay for my space. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with park mobile. If you manage a lot, work with them instead.

What a stupid application. Downloaded because my parking time ran out and wanted to extend without having to go back to the car. This doesn’t give you the option to do that, all you can do is see how many cars can park in a lot. Do better, like ParkMobile or PayByPhone.

Can’t update my password. Can’t log into ParkingPayments . When I was able to login I didn’t receive a notification that parking time was running out. I didn’t receive remember to extend my time but couldn’t log into so ended up getting a ticket. Garbage!

I’ve installed and uninstalled ParkingPayments several times. I have the most up-to-date version… it keeps telling me somethings wrong and won’t even open at all.

ParkingPayments logged me out and now I can’t sign back in. It won’t let me register because I can’t seem to get their confirmation text and there’s ZERO customer support. Nobody to contact for any assistance.

The user interface is confusing and poorly designed. Fire your front end team. What a joke.

Needed to park for 10 minutes to feed a cat. Had to scan a qr code to download an app to make a free account to verify with a code to type in my information for the privilege of paying ten bucks to park for ten minutes. The price isn’t ParkingPayments ’s fault, but if I’m gonna pay exorbitant prices, I’d hope for some convenience.

I tried to register and don't receive confirmation code. There's no option to contact anyone to report this issue and get any help.

It’s easy to handle with spinning time. Thanks
