Came here to see if anyone else was having trouble. I’ve been messing with my phone and its settings thinking something was wrong with my phone. I tried everything. Uninstalling the app. Reinstalling. Resetting the cameras. Resetting my router. Making sure everything was up to date. I use one camera as a baby monitor and another one for the front door. Ever since last update, I guess, sooooo many problems. Can’t hear anything. Constantly having to reconnect. Video recording is a joke. Under events, some videos say 45 minutes? But when you go to play it nothing happens. Now videos are only 3-4 seconds long. Super odd and extremely annoying. I’ve had these camera for about a year and they were perfect, now they are useless. If no fix soon, I’ll go with something else. Shouldn’t have these problems at all when it comes to security and safety. That’s why most people have cameras, right? Completely unacceptable and quite frankly infuriating.

They corrected the notification share, but I have been keeping track of my recordings and I still have large gaps missing in my recordings as well as the timestamps being completely wrong. It will say that some recordings are from 3 AM when they were really from 9 PM. This makes it very difficult as I specifically got an annual subscription with them to monitor my house and my pets in case of any issues I can trace it back to who it was. But now everything is not how it should be. I’m still very disappointed in Roku and I want to refund at this point because I’ve reached out to them going on 3 to 4 times to try and fix the notification issue only for it to have been fixed almost a month later and I’m still experiencing issues.

Incredible latency from option selection to when my lights actually change. With the recent app update, I was logged out and when I attempt to log back in I’m told that my email and password don’t match. Due to this, I am writing this review in the dark because I can’t turn my lights on. I switched out to the Roku bulbs because I was having a similar issue which cheaper ones I have bought. Assuming these ones would better, I got these at twice the cost per bulb. These Roku ones currently don’t work at all where the cheaper ones always worked - just weren’t as bright as I wanted. Heh, kind of left in the dark with this one. I will say this, I will never buy another product under the Roku brand again after this.
