Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TCCL SRP app issues:

Force Stop the TCCL SRP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TCCL SRP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TCCL SRP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TCCL SRP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TCCL SRP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
