a small amount of the content is incorrect, such as kinnu’s definition of human exceptionalism in the animal intelligence category. that topic also felt a little agenda pushy to me since it brought up a Christian teaching of how God gave humans dominion over animals, then tried to imply that this was an invalid hierarchy using their false definition of human exceptionalism lol. but in some other categories, the language remains unbiased, even when discussing sensitive topics such as religious beliefs. it just needs to be more consistent.
technicality wise, the app is a little buggy. for most of the info i’ve already “strengthened” in the app, it stays there and remains as something i’m going to forget soon even if i had just practiced it. then i have to answer those same questions each and every time i go to do the daily refresher. i have like 20+ questions in there now that have been repeating for over a week which makes it difficult to check out the new topics because it’ll just crowd the refresher even more.

I dislike how this app presents most of its information, without any references to academic or peer reviewed sources, or cited works. It’s also unclear who is the author of each path, article, or what their educational background is. The good thing is you can suggest improvements to accuracy, but … there shouldn’t be inaccurate information.
The topics selections are strange. For example, there is no vocabulary or grammar in the Literature section. But you can learn about Shakespeare and Novels. You can learn about the History of English, but you can’t learn English syntax. Right now the app strikes me as “Cram a bunch of info into an app and asking people if they remember it.”
I feel like it’s more geared for a trivia night than true academic learning. Seems like it approaches a wide breadth of topics with no depth. Not for me.

I really like this idea and enjoy learning topics in a smaller degree. I think the design and flow of lessons goes well too. The review at the end is also very helpful even if it does seem like I review the same things multiple times.
There are a few things it can improve though. One main thing is the glitch that sometimes keeps you from even opening the app. Additionally, it was mentioned before, but it would be nice to have sources attached to the lessons as well. These improvements could make the app much more enjoyable.
