How to fix Square Go app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Square Go app on iPhone
Update Square Go app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Square Go iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Square Go on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Square Go network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Square Go Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Square Go not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Square Go App
1. On android, goto Settings » Square Go » click [Force Stop]

Update Square Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Square Go App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Square Go » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Square Go.

Fix Square Go unable to contact server/ Square Go internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Square Go » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Square Go » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Square Go
