I’ve worked really hard as a business owner to get customers and provide a living for me and my family. Do not do business with Square. They are pretending to be a booking app but they are now promoting an app to MY CUSTOMERS, that I acquired, and promoting other competing Barber Shops to my customers that are booking directly on my website. I acquired my customers through word of mouth, one of the hardest things to do for a young business owner, just to have Square come in and start promoting the “SQUARE GO” app… an app that is no better than “BOOKSY”. They make you, the business owner believe that they are just here to be a calendar, but in reality they are just using you to steal your customers data and then undermine you as a business owner and promote other businesses to your customers. Trashy way to do business. Do not trust SQUARE.

It’s fine I guess, would be much better if there was an easy way to manage the place I visit frequently. Would love to quickly switch between places and see the times they have available. For now it’s a nice simple solution to keep tabs on my upcoming appointments. Also, I’d really like to tip from within SquareGo , I HATE tipping at the register 😖.

As someone who is constantly managing different appointments, I love having all my appointment info in one place! It was really easy to reschedule an appointment I had for a facial at the last minute when I was out and about.

Plus, the design is really cute and super simple to use. Highly recommend 👏🏽

Very simple and easy to book my appointment. I love that it remembers what I schedule from previous time. I love that it allow me to store my credit card information for future use. I especially love that part since I don’t like carrying my credit cards and I don’t like carrying cash.

Super easy for tracking my past and upcoming appointments, who I booked with / what service, and finding last minute availability. I love being able to reschedule through SquareGo when I need to, and avoid having to make a call.

Thuy did my nails and she was so sweet. She did a great job and was extremely patient while we removed my Gel X off my nails. This was my first time coming to the Vienna Salon and she made me feel very comfortable and emitted an aura that was very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back 😁

Easy, intelligently linked my site for ease.
Like my app just wish clients can see the interface w/ big buttons etc. other than that I still can sms to ppl on the go ! Ty😊

On an iPhone at least it doesn’t let you open up the calendar fully. It just shows one week when you try to scroll across it takes you to the next month even though we’re only on the fifth of this month. Super annoying.

Maybe I just haven’t figured it out just yet but I’m having to re-enter all my services again versus it transferring automatically from the current account already in place before using SquareGo. Outside of that, I give SquareGo a 4.2

I love this place , every one is so talented and professional ! I love that there is no harsh chemical smell when you walk in the doors !
The tubs are ALWAYS CLEAN ! I love the clean products that they use . I’ll forever be a client with polished !!!!

I can’t stress enough how much easier it is to book and manage your appointments through SquareGo. A must have app for any busy person.

So easy to use, and automatically integrated some of my appointments as soon as I downloaded it.

No guess work. I can rebook an appointment quickly.

I couldn’t even set up my account. It kept freezing and I would have to go back to the previous page and enter the info again until it would let me move on, I just deleted it, couldn’t even use it once.

So happy for Sharon to branch out and own her own business. She is such a great person and has an absolute talent for her work.

The Square app is the finishing piece to insure Sharon is successful with the ease that customers can schedule their appointments.

Very easy to use, especially for appointments that you tend rebook.

It’s not allowing my clients to confirm their appointments. It gives me an error to confirm their contact information not sure if anyone else has this issue

SquareGo is so easy to use, very straightforward what you need to do. I routinely book the Dane services at the same locations, and this app let’s me do that in just a few clicks.

But it doesn’t let me use Apple Pay. What’s the point of SquareGo of I still have to scan a card for my barber’s website?

Normally I have to go to my barber’s website to reschedule an appointment.

SquareGo allowed me to seamlessly reschedule, while providing me a helpful overview of cost and schedule of the appointment. It also was really nice to see my past appointments in a clean list view 🤙🏽 Using this for all my appointments from here on out

About time you guys make an app for people to book 😡

Awesome app and so aesthetically pleasing. Never before have my squares been so easy to manage on the go! Taking self care to the next level! A+, two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

Most barbers don’t have a website to book and they’re occasionally occupied at the moment when you call and the ones that do have a website it’s difficult to navigate or the website may be down. But with this!, it seems that I get a quicker response for my hair cut appointment and it sends a confirmation that my barber accepted it and if I need to reschedule there’s an option for that too! Very quick, easy and time saving!

I have forever been looking for a good scalp massage place. I had almost given up when I found SquareGo and voila found myself a good scalp massage place. The UI is very slick and fast. No complaints. Thank you for connecting me to the businesses in my community. I am glad I can support local commerce and also feel rejuvenated at the same time!

SquareGo is popping up for my clients when there was nothing wrong with the original square app. I don’t care if I am based word of mouth, if I need my clients to know about other peoples services in my area that I trust, I can let them know myself. The information about my business is incorrect and I don’t know how to change it. Whoever has created SquareGo needs to contact me and fix the misinformation because I now have clients contacting me about services that I have not offered in over five years.

So as a consumer who does business with a place that uses square, SquareGo recommends competitors!!! What!?!?

I booked an appointment with my barber, and I received a notification for my appointment as well as recommendation to download SquareGo. I download SquareGo , register, and there’s my appointment, along with recommendations for other barbers in the area! So dirty.

If I were a business owner, I would not use square for this alone.

Matt does a great job always ask what you’re looking for in the cut takes care of hair that shouldn’t be growing in other places very entertaining

Hands down the best barber shop I’ve ever been to Oscar is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had cut my hair. I live over a hour away an that still hasn’t stopped me from driving outta my way for a hair cut it’s more then worth it. His place is a whole vibe with great conversations an a chill relaxed comfortable atmosphere.

I definitely do like it .. it helps to be able to look in 1 place and see upcoming appts 👍🏼since several of the professionals that I go to for services use SquareGo!!

Previously, I always had to go to my barber’s Instagram Bio to find his Square App link and book through the Square web portal (login included) - I also prefer not to use Instagram.

SquareGo makes it easier to book appointments and simplifies the process entirely. It seems they have found their niche by providing categories for other local services as well.

This has opened the door to show their users additional local businesses. Very impressive and user friendly.

This is such a vast improvement over managing appointments through text message. But SquareGo does not support the new iOS 17 feature of write-only access to calendars. It will only add them to my calendar if I give SquareGo full read/write access to all my calendars, which will never happen.

Hands down the best.. I love her because she’s so good at what she does, she makes you feel comfortable and the chats are always good! Highly recommend her and will never go to anyone else! Oh and the music is always on point!! 💜💜

I’ve been using the new App and sharing with my clients for a couple of months now. So far I have had no problems with it. Loved how automatically it listed all the businesses I’ve personally interacted with or have made past appts with. My clients are very impressed when I tell them about and compliments how professional this option I offer them is. Love, love, love!

It’s important that a blow dry hair salon have some type of air quality control vent system. The amount of chemicals that are floating throughout every time I walk in has had me concerned. The girls do a great job, however isn’t it time to take care of your employees as well as customers that come in and out on a weekly basis. Can you imagine, the young ladies working there 12 hour shifts how much contaminants are going into their lungs.
I’m very surprised that there isn’t some type of proper venting system installed. This is going to catch up with your company.

SquareGo works great for scheduling at a place you already go to. It is not good for any form of recommendations or searching. Just go to google.

I l don’t love how the recommended in my city options aren’t in my city. I also hate how you can’t restrict searches to an area. Too often searching in SquareGo brings up stuff 30 minutes away that I don’t want to see.

I hope they can fix this to add basic query functionality to SquareGo

Best in town and I love her attitude. Keep doing what your doing because your going far. I had to cut all my hair off and start over with her and the products she uses my hair is healthy plus growing crazy. Love everything about the glamorous up to date salon and owner.

SquareGo is easy to download and connects my past appointments from other squareup appointments flawlessly. Also I can search other services and book them with easy!

It’s certainly more helpful than using Google or Instagram, but since it’s really got just one job, I’m kinda irritated that it flubs on some key aspects:

If I tell SquareGo I’m looking for appointments “this week” it still shows people booked through the next week, and I have to keep scrolling for someone who MIGHT have an appt open for the week, which leads to the next issue:

To make matters worse, sometimes it will say a booking is open, but then when you try to book for that day/time, you actually can’t book the person for 2 or more days?? Really frustrating and an excessive waste of time, clicks, and energy.

Been using for over a year now and waiting patiently to see these issues fixed.
