I just purchased subscription for one year. Yet, when I try to access the this app, following the steps laid out on app, I cannot. I also tried to contact help desk, but nothing. I, therefore, had no other recourse but to cancel subscription. But there is no option for being refunded for yearly subscription. If I am wrong, please advise. But if not, it is a shame. Feels like I was scammed.
