Branson

We ordered a jalapeño burger to split. It took over 40 min to get. Waitress gave us food and we never saw her again until she brought check and I told her that it didn’t say it had red peppers on it. She would’ve known if she had checked on us that I’m allergic to red peppers. When I told her, when she brought check to us, she said oh that’s how we make it. Didn’t offer anything else or a menu, proceeded to take our payment. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

Meal

This is the worst meal I have ever had 1-Waited about 8 minutes to be seated restaurant was not busy. 2-Was told baked potato would take 1 hour and this was after 4:00 3-Ordered ribeye steak medium well came well done and less than one half inch thick. 4-Waitress bought out another steak and it was about the same just kept it brought home any way. 5-Was told no A-1 or Heinz 57 sauce. 6- Will not be 6-Will not be going back no time soon

Service

Our service could’ve been a lot better. We sat at a four top that only had silverware for two. Our waiter didn’t bring us another set. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone would take our drink order, then another 10 minutes for us to order our dinner. Two of us ordered the 2/$25. When we received our app the waiter brought three dirty plates. I asked another male to bring us three clean plates. By the time we received three clean plates our appetizer was cold. My boyfriend had to get a set of silverware from another for me. I had ordered the tenders with zucchini. When we received our food it was hot. I asked for ranch dressing for my chicken tenders. We waited for the ranch which we never received. My boyfriend went to the salad bar to get me some. My son ordered the 6 ounce sirloin medium and received it well. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Our waiter came by and asked if we wanted dessert, we didn’t want any. The waiter brought us our check, we asked for three boxes. We waited for 10 minutes for the boxes. Then we had to 10 minutes to pay. As we were leaving the waiter was on his cell phone having a conversation. Overall we’ve received better service from other restaurants.

When I got the worst waiting, I ever had

When did Ruby Tuesdays in Fayetteville North Carolina on Owen Drive. I’m not sure whether it was the items that my wife and I ordered or how we looked which made the waitress not pay particular attention come to our table only for the items that we’ve ordered even with I personally had to get up and go to the bar to get something simple as women wages. I am still going to tip her, but not what I would normally I feel insignificant at this location. Someone needs to do something because the food is fresh I’m diabetic and I’m trying to eat right Anthony Smith

Horrible food

My wife and I went to the Athens location and the food was horrible. I purchased the bourbon pork chop which came out burnt and very dry, mashed potatoes were lukewarm the broccoli was the only thing with the meal that was worth eating. My wife got the coconut shrimp which tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The only tasty thing was the croutons. I told our waiter and showed him my pork chop and he said I’ll tell the kitchen not to cook as long next time. Never went to get a manager or anything. Luckily we had some rubies to help with the cost. I’m very disappointed and left hungry since I couldn’t eat the pork chop. It will be a while if I ever go back to that Ruby Tuesday.

Friday 3/1

Went in at 5:45 took over an hour to get our food. Our empty drinks and appetizers were not removed from the table for a while- when we asked for a refill for my sons sprite - he got water - the table was so wobbly that we couldn't put our arms on the table or the drinks would topple over/ the food was good and our server was very polite- didnt seem to be a manager on duty- had to ask for our check 2 times - when ur ready to ur ready and we had to sit there longer than expected

Aweful waitress

That was the worst customer service I’ve received this year I prefer coconut shrimp which taste in appear that they were cooked in old grease and you could soak the grease out in a napkin she was not attentive to the table took food a long time and they wasn’t even busy. The waitress definitely need more training. You Beverly treated us like we’re getting on her nerves but treated the other two tables differently which was white customers. It was odd stayed to leave a few times

Awards app is a hassle.

I go to Ruby Tuesdays normally 1-2 times a week. One time app wouldn’t work, 3 times I never realized but didn’t get a receipt and and another time it said too late. You need it like Chili’s where you log in and meal automatically adds on. Just like this review not accepting any of the many nicknames so I can’t complete.

Good food lousy service

We had a party of 4. Three of us had excellent food. One had ribs that came out cold, and were very small. The server was not very good. After we got our drinks, she never came back to see if we needed refills. After we were dry for 15 minutes, my husband went up to the hostess and asked for refills. She brought them. About ten minutes later our server brought drinks and said “are you ready for refills?” Obviously the hostess said something to her and she was trying to preserve her tip. We asked for the check, and it took 10 more minutes to get it. Then she couldn’t get the card reader to work right and went away for a few minutes and then came back. She gave us the card reader and went away.
She never said her name, but the receipt said it is Shanad. I think she needs to be trained. She was pleasant enough, but not a server.

Annoying process

I like outback and chilis rewards better because they are based on your phone number and you can use the web. I can’t scan the receipt in the restaurant because of the lighting and shadows and we’ll only three days to add the receipt so it seems it’s setup to make it so you miss out on points. 🙃

Rubys in Hopewell, Virginia

The food was great as usual, but the table was very sticky. The waitress tried to clean it up, but was essentially unsuccessful. When I sat at the table it was easy for me to leave fingerprints lots of fingerprints anywhere on the table. While eating in my arms resting on the edge of the table, it became very very sticky. The waitress again tried to scrub it clean. I put a napkin over the spot where my arm rested, and when I was finished that napkin was very stuck to the table.

Ruby needs Help

I think you know by now that your restaurants need more servers and support staff. I appreciate the discounts and rewards but wonder if it worth the time waiting on a table or your meal. My food tonight was good but food was slow and the waiter was to busy cleaning tables and taking money. Why don’t you provide kiosks on the tables for paying. This would help with the staff shortage.

Ruby Tuesday’s food is wonderful! App needs tweaking.

We love to eat at Ruby Tuesday! The food is great and the prices are fair. We used to always come for the salad - great salad bar!
RubyRewards is complicated for some of us seniors. I believe it needs some
Tweeting. Please keep working on it! We want to keep coming back and would like to order ahead to take out and still earn our rewards. This is one of very best places to eat in our neighborhood. Thanks so much!!!

Todays lunch

Ordered the 12oz rib eye steak rare and Asiago chicken. 2 things, steak was medium almost throughout and zucchini side was burnt along with the mushrooms. The server did get us refired zucchini but said the mushrooms were all that way. Strawberry lemonade’s were awesome! Server: Leanna was very nice and apologized for the over cooked food.

I’ll never understand why…the restaurant is empty and they seat or try to seat you in the darkest area of the restaurant when seats near the glass are empty.

Ruby Tuesday Mobile App works

RubyRewards worked the very first time which is more then I can say for other restaurant mobile apps. The Olive Garden app is not so swift same with certain other mobile apps. Cicis did away with their rewards program so now all the points we accumulated is nothing. Can tell you most restaurants are struggling so we try to be understanding with their staffing issues, but some things are ridiculous. This Ruby Tuesday’s location has made so good improvements the salad bar was 100% better then about 6 months to a year ago it was just plain horrible. Great job on the turn around.

Bad food

Went to Ruby Tuesday store #7432 took my wife and two of my friends for dinner all ordered the 6oz ribeye the place was not busy it took them 45 minutes to cook our dinner meat was so tough we could not eat it the manager took 1$ off and she never came back to check on us this store is going to close if that’s the kind of service they provide

Outstanding experience

We have not eaten at Ruby Tuesdays yearsss! We decided to give it a try today and they did not disappoint! Chris and Eboney were our servers and they were very attentive while we dined! They were able to answer all of our questions about the menu without hesitation! We loved everything and will definitely be back! Thank you Eboney and Chris!

Great service and salad bar

Sam was our server, she was great. We love the salad bar, and Clay, the gentleman who maintains the salad bar keeps everything so perfect! He is on top of things keeping everything in order and very clean. He also is a pleasure to speak to as well! Keep up the great work at the Mt. Laurel location! Our family loves it!

Great Staff @ Treasure Coast Mall Rubys

I have personally eaten at this location many times in addition to bringing in a large women’s club in for dinner frequently. The wait staff and Asst General Manager are extremely accommodating, efficient with serving many dinners at one time, and running single checks is amazingly smooth! The coupon specials and quality of food is also great. Thank you and please keep up the great work!!

Orangeburg SC

Bria the bartender was great. It was very busy but she maintained her professionalism and gave us first class service. Asst. Mgr., Robert even came to check on us to be sure we were taken care of. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was refreshing. They even put the first round of the NBA tournament on the TV for us. We as travelers found it a terrific place to stop and we will certainly be back. —Greg & Sue

Winder GA

The staff here are rock stars along with the Assistant GM his name was Brandon he was so delightful to see and talk to during our meal. He was so helpful with the one issue we had with a steak. That my wife ordered that was under cooked. He personally came to table to steak back and personally cook it to my wife’s liking!! As for the General manager Thomas he was no where to be found and we were told he hangs out in the office a lot. We will for sure be back to eat here!! As for Brandon he needs a promotion and could run this restaurant better than the General manager!!

Great Experience

I want to compliment our server Precious. She was by far the best server we’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Even though her area was busy she never let her guests wait for an extended period of time. Super friendly and a Awesome sense of humor. You are lucky to have her as part of your team.

Gift Card Payment Option

You must ADD the ability to pay with gift cards in addition to credit cards. Texas Roadhouse allows you to use both credit and gift cards and/or both on an app order. If you don’t add the gift card option I won’t be using RubyRewards unfortunately. Please address ASAP.

Pleasant Surprise

Stopped into the Bloomsburg PA location today, very nice place! The salad bar was stocked and fresh, manager and server attentive, space clean and you could feel a great vibe with all the workers. Must have been shift change as it was almost 4:00p.m. I counted nine workers. All were busy and were helping out where needed. Burger was cooked perfectly and dressed nicely. Not fond of French fries but they were great as well. I was unsure about stopping after reading previous reviews but either they’ve updated the management or else you just can’t please some people. Good value, great experience (this coming from someone who really doesn’t like to eat out anywhere, especially chains but was traveling I-80 and needed a break).

Love Ruby Tuesday’s in Crossville TN

My husband and I both Love the Ruby Tuesday’s in our town of Crossville TN! We especially love our server James who takes the time to explain things to us and is a wonderful person as well as an excellent server. The food is always great, delicious and hot. We buy gift cards every month and love using them at Ruby Tuesday’s!!

Pleasant Dinner

We stopped by Ruby’s after a very long day and Amy our server took really great care of us! Service was wonderful and the food was exactly what we needed and were looking for. We look forward to adding this spot #7226 in Denver to our list of one of our regular dinners spots!

Delicious!

My husband and I haven’t been to a RT in many years. Today we were out shopping and decided to visit the Edinburgh, IN location. We were very surprised at how delicious the food was. The salad bar was ice cold and everything very fresh. We split a off the kabob dinner and it was so good I’m craving it again! We will definitely be back. On a side note, back in the 90’s you used to serve these dark brown bread sticks with whipped honey butter as an appetizer. I wish you’d do that again. They were sooooo good!

Best service at this location

I came in on a busy Sunday and it was packed so I got seated at the bar which was fine with me but the bartender was amazing and gave her opinions about different foods I would like to order and made me feel at home. Her name is Jen and while I waited for my food Jen kept checking on me and bringing my drinks and even was on top of her game making sure cooks and staff was preparing my food in a timely matter. I enjoyed eating my food. Everything was so good and that’s why I joined ruby Tuesday app because of employees like Jen who really knows their job and cares about the customers as she has. Happy to come back to this restaurant especially if Jen is there! Great Job👍😊

Excellent Service on the 4th of July

Mark our server at the Saint Augustine Florida location as absolutely super. He was very prompt and friendly ;) we will def be back and hopefully get Mark H. Our food was hot beautifully assembled and to top it off delicious

We eat at Ruby Tuesday in Rock Hill SC quite often. We always ask for Tammy, 387, to be our server. She is always right there to get your drink order and ready when you are. She is terrific. Service is always on the spot and food ison

Great food and service

We have skipped right over this restaurant in the past however lately it has proven to hold its own against the local high end dining experience!!! Portions are perfect and the employees are accommodating and personable!

Coupon plus rewards redemption

I would like to be able to use a coupon on my phone plus use my Ruby Rewards for a dessert. Seems like two different things, but the restaurant won’t allow it.

Love the salad bar !

The salad bar is one of the best around.
Occasionally the run out of some of the items, but I think that has to do with them being short staffed, like a lot of restaurants!
All -in- all the good , service , and atmosphere is good at this restaurant.

Still my favorite

For years Ruby Tuesday has been my favorite. Once I discovered RubyRewards , and ways to get discounted meals, there was nowhere for RT to go but up, up, up. Just 2 days ago I joined family members for supper. I was able to get food for my mama, and myself, fish, and it was wonderful. As long as I am the one choosing, we are going to Ruby Tuesdays!

Great restaurant

We have very few great restaurants in Ellijay that you can depend on excellent food everytime you sit down to a meal! Ruby Tuesdays is the one we depend on for satisfaction guaranteed! Lunch or dinner, we always have a great meal at RT’s!! Serves is always great too! Never had a server that isn’t personable and attentive in the seven years we’ve been living in Elljay! Also, love the peach Iced Tea and the new Lemon Cake! Five Stars!

Ruby Tuesday Fan

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Alfa I A was our server and was extremely attentive and helpful! He practically had to help us through every step of the payment and review process. My transaction was canceled several times because I didn’t know how to proceed and had to wait for his return to learn the next step.

Best Service Ever!

Wendy, our Server is the best we’ve ever had. That’s why we keep coming back & always ask for her! She is so nice and accommodating! She knows us well enough now that she anticipates our wishes and has our requests ready in record time! She is a “Gem” so treat her well…she is well worth it!
The food at Ruby Tuesdays is always delicious! Salad bar is the best ever, too! Steaks are prepared as requested and every other food dishes we have gotten have always been outstanding & prices are reasonable! Don’t change anything!!
