I tried to look for their cheapest 8x10 rug. So I filtered by 8x10 size. Then sorted by price low to high. Well that sorting is based on the 2x3 size. As if we don't already have to deal with capitalist trickster garbage all day every day. Bye.

I bought (2) big rugs and a bath Mat from here for my new home. We own a small frenchie who refused to upchuck on the hard floor and will run to a rug to Ralph everywhere. After a month of spot cleaning my rug - so it’s dried several times now. I put this particular larger rug in the washer and it was PERFECTLY clean after.

Now 7 months later I’m doing a different rug for our bed room - once again clean as could be. It’s awesome 👍🏼

I detest apps that send me notifications all the time. If you want to send me notifications about the things I bought, fine, but constantly sending me notifications that constantly show on my phones Home Screen that I cannot clear about “Check this out” or “We think you might like this” is anger inducing. I haven’t even gotten my first order, so why would I purchase more of your products if I haven’t tried the first? Also, If I am in the market for something I will look. I’m not going to buy something just because you think I might like it. Very annoying.

My neighbor introduced me to these rugs!! I am so grateful!!! With 2 pups constantly on the move two runners greatly reduce the wear and tear on our hardwood floors especially in high traffic areas. We have two door mats that greatly reduce the amount of dirt and dust that our pups bring in from outside! Some great designs to choose from add to the general beauty and crisp clean feeling of our home. These rugs are well worth the cost!!!!

this app has the best most fashionable rugs, I love the design and multiple size avabilities, The Barbie collection is gorgeous, I've purchased multiple rugs, and i’m consistently happy with this app products delivered to my home, excellent quality, pleased with this brand. I just threw my runners and mats for the doors into the washer. Everything is ugly dirty with use and when they come out they are brand new. Thank you for making such a great product. Love the variety of products. You have something for everyone.

I made an account on the website a few days ago, and downloaded its app this morning. I made favorite collections and put some into my cart on my app, and then came back to my laptop to continue the final review and checkout. But I found out my account status didn’t not synced with its app. It is pretty inconvenient and inefficient to manage my Favorites and Cart in each. I hope this will be updated as soon as possible.

Ruggable desperately needs a view rug in room feature like all of the competitors including Home Depot have. I am absolutely struggling to figure out what rug to buy because I can’t visualize which one would look better, so I have purchased nothing as a result. Please please please invest in that functionality, it will drastically help your customers in their shopping journey.

I have ordered several rugs and am delighted with what has arrived so far. Now that furniture is offered I’ve ordered an ottoman and excited to see that.
The Scandinavian design fits perfectly with pieces I already have.

When selecting a regular rug you can choose the pile height (low medium), but if you select a “premium” rug it does not say anything about pile height in the description. I did not realize premium was listed separately IN ADDITION to an being an option when you’re choosing a regular rug and accidentally bought the wrong pile. this app will not honor my discount with an exchange for this mistake that happened because of their own bad App UX and dark pattern that exists to get more people to buy premium.

Disappointed to see that this app, with as much as the company has grown, doesn’t have this amazing feature. I would order more Ruggables if this was an available feature, especially since it is such a hefty investment and a tough decision at times.

We have 2 , one is a runner one for the front door and just ordered another one … we haha pets and we love keep it clean this washable rug makes it so easy to do this ! I will never go back to a regular rug !!!

I now have 7 this app’s in my home. They are the most beautiful, easy to wash rugs I’ve ever had!!! Save you back pushing that heavy shampooer around and buy a this app. Washer and dryer conscience! I LOVE them!!

Ruggable is easy to navigate and to purchase from. I loved that their rug collaborations were particularly easy to find!

I hv bought a 650$ rug I was trying to buy two more. I had a 20% discount , it said buy two get another 15% discount too. It wd not let me get my discounts no matter what I did. I hv ask for help and no response now the perfect rug I can’t get the large size! Rug. Com u r a aweful business company. Minus zero rating . I do love the first rug I bought guess they don’t want my business.

Love my this app. Dog had an accident and the big area rug was easy to clean using our shampooer. Just used a vinyl barrier so he wouldn’t soak into the pad. Very dog friendly.

Ruggable is the worst. It doesn’t add spill points accurately and it doesn’t accurately keep record of your purchases and shipments. Ruggable is so much worse than the website and even worse still is the service department. They are unwilling to help and just a nightmare.

I was hoping to shop here instead of on their site cause sometimes I like an app experience better , but Ruggable keeps crashing while I’m using it. Just downloaded a few min ago, Deleting now.

Ruggable does not allow you to sort or filter by price, and it does not have a sale section. These are necessary basics. Especially considering how rugs range in price according to size, it’s hard to figure out what fits my budget and lifestyle. This is an accessibility issue that feels like an intentional barrier created to either confuse or deter people shopping on a budget. This conflicts with the concept of this app’s brand which is about rugs design for accessible cleaning and usage.

I tried to change my order and was not able to call. Too hard to explain the problem in chat box. Wish this app had a live person to talk to.

I just ordered my 20th this app rug because with two elderly dogs these rugs save my floors!
Besides I’ve found the most complementary colors for all my rooms and they’re easy to keep clean!

I just purchased my third doormat with a Christmas design. I have other Ruggables ranging from doormats, multiple hallway runners as well as a 9x12 dining room size rug. Best purchase for a house with pets and young grandchildren.

We live on a boat called Gypsy Spirit. With three dogs. We've used your washable rugs on our arc and have found them to be wonderful. When something hits the rug, I pop it into our washer and put it back. I have a backup cover for each rug so our floors are always great. We use your doormats too. We change then at whim. Always get a grin from our guests. Thanks for the great products.

Unfortunately I am not able to order only a rug cover in the mobile app and the mobile app is the only way I can use my rewards. Please fix this.

I have purchased 8 of these over the last few years from a doormat to 10’x12’ and everything in between. The one I’m most impressed with is my round rug under my kitchen table because it’s been laundered the most often. It has been washed every Thursday for over two years and still looks new!

I have purchased 3 large rugs, one round holiday rug and four small rugs. They are all wonderful and we have received many, many compliments. The quality of the rugs and customer service are excellent and the style and designs are unique. Love them.

We have fallen in love with our Ruggables. Since we discovered them at least 8 years ago, they are the only rugs we buy. We have bamboo floors on our main level and carpets up and downstairs and this rug system has helped save them all from foot traffic and pet messes! They really wash up quickly and easily!

I absolutely love these rugs. I have two dogs with sensitive stomachs and if they get sick on the rug, I no longer feel the need to cry because I know I can just throw it in the wash and it’ll come out looking fantastic.

I also have two potbelly pigs living in my house and this is fun for them. They like to pull the base apart from the top, it’s fun for them so it’s actually an enrichment activity that keeps them entertained.

I now own 7 ruggables and plan to purchase more.

While redoing my house, I used Ruggables throughout and they are very easy to care for. It’s been two years and so far so good! Just placed a new order and can’t wait for it to arrive.
