HELP!!! I am reaching out to you again. I have received the wrong rugs from my recent order. I sent you a picture and got an email saying I received the right rugs. No, I didn't receive the right one. I ordered the Abor Border Stone tufted rugs If I return them, you may realize that I am returning rugs that aren't what I ordered. # 7165468. Is this what I have to do? I want to resolve this matter ASAP. Please respond and make this issue right for me.

I hv bought a 650$ rug I was trying to buy two more. I had a 20% discount , it said buy two get another 15% discount too. It wd not let me get my discounts no matter what I did. I hv ask for help and no response now the perfect rug I can’t get the large size! Rug. Com u r a aweful business company. Minus zero rating . I do love the first rug I bought guess they don’t want my business.

This app is the worst. It doesn’t add spill points accurately and it doesn’t accurately keep record of your purchases and shipments. The app is so much worse than the website and even worse still is the service department. They are unwilling to help and just a nightmare.

This app does not allow you to sort or filter by price, and it does not have a sale section. These are necessary basics. Especially considering how rugs range in price according to size, it’s hard to figure out what fits my budget and lifestyle. This is an accessibility issue that feels like an intentional barrier created to either confuse or deter people shopping on a budget. This conflicts with the concept of ruggable’s brand which is about rugs design for accessible cleaning and usage.
