• Phone number can be given out instead of showing the phone to get scanned.

I get as far as the choose a location option, and it doesn’t give me any options. You are going to lose customers.
App does not work I try to login and continue to get an error message. I have deleted LowesMarket and re downloaded multiple times...
LowesMarket seems to be deliberately designed to make it impossible to create and use a strong password. Does not play well with Apples password tracking system. You can’t paste a new password if you try change the password later.
Your app doesn’t work. Every time I go to the choose location, and type in either my zip code or the name of my city, nothing pops up, and LowesMarket freezes.
I have to constantly delete and redownload LowesMarket . Inconvenient when I’m standing in line at the store!
There are two Lowes Markets located in Las Vegas, New Mexico in the zip code of 87701. Yet, unbelievably when entering either the town name or zip of these two locations the only search results that come up are in Texas, Colorado or in central or southern NM. WHAT?!?!? What’s up with that!? I know Las Vegas (the ORIGINAL LV), NM is a small town but this is ridiculous. Your two shops in Las Vegas, NM exist so fix your program to reflect accurate search results.
I walk out half thine frustrated due to my inability to work this mess. Your effort to offer discount help is discriminatory due to Jacksboro has an older population that struggles with this technique. I now drive to Bridgeport to not be intimidated and get eggs (and other items) for a fair price without having to use this electronic coupon. I speak for more than myself…

Lowe’s bought a Super S store in Devine, Texas 3 or 4 years ago. Isn’t it time to add the store (in Devine) to LowesMarket ???!!!
You guys should work on this. I suppose I can shop elsewhere if need be.
LowesMarket is not user friendly all it does is frustrate me and if you ask employees a question they act like you’re an idiot even the nickname for the review is annoying
I have yet gotten to get discount because app never downloads inside store. Employees have tried and are also unsuccessful even though I have an account and can sign in but not download weekly flyer.
I downloaded LowesMarket , clipped the coupons drove to the store and got my groceries, the scan bar to get the deals never showed up on my app. I don’t live near the store it is quite a drive. I think it is best to just give out phone number rather than show your phone to get scanned. Less hassle.
Where is the search button on LowesMarket . I want to search for dog food?
Forcing people to use LowesMarket is going to kill your business.
Products listed in LowesMarket have minuscule pictures and almost zero description so you can’t even see what the coupon is for. Good luck figuring out what the coupon is for. Pictures and descriptions in 1/2 point font will ensure people go shopping at a different store.

Hard to do this new way and I’ve given up trying with holding up line plus the cashiers don’t help and try to hurry you up and forget about it

I have both the Walmart & HEB apps and love that I can search the store for items and add them to any “list” or “cart”! Then when I go, I can shop from the list without carrying a secondary paper list.
However LowesMarket only shows/saves coupons. Kinda pointless since you can just grab the flyer when you walk in lol but there’s no way to see if they even carry what you’re going there for…
I agree with the other review. The majority of us older customers are not to familiar to new technology. I believe cashiers should at least ask do you have any coupons. They make us feel rushed because there is a line. Choose being nice.
I looked for my digital coupon in my app but I didn’t find the digital coupon for the eggs. Does this offer only apply to certain select Lowe’s stores?

I agree with the lady that wants you to go back to paper coupons. Half the time the phone doesn’t work in the store and I have to go to my car to bring up the coupons I’ve saved
