Worst experience

I have never experienced such bad customer service in this country or anywhere else. joodOrange and the process has been unbelievable and time consuming for nothing the fact I have been in contact with customer service for 2 days with non of my concerns even being addressed is quite insane! They should shut this app down because it clear that they can’t provide any service through it.

What a pointless app

I just want data to work on my phone. I really don’t care for everything else. Why do I have to use this basically unusable app to check my balance? It doesn’t even work!

Very bad app can’t get through to buy a bundle worst app I have ever used no need for joodOrange we were doing fine before you started joodOrange…. You are losing lots of money coz people can’t buy your bundle with joodOrange

Terrible App - Can’t log in

joodOrange isn’t recognizing my phone number. I had to visit Orange and ask but the said they can’t do anything about it - Typical. Will be switching my services to a different carrier. Two thumbs down!!

تطبيق بعد ما انشاء حساب عن طريق رقم تلفونك
بحكيلك غير مستخدم
بتدخل من الأيميل وبتدخل رقم تلفونك بحكيلك هاض رقم بتعرفة جود و ما بتقدر تستخدمه
يعني تخلف القائمين على تطبيق دخلكم لوين واصلين
كيف واحد بده يتحكم بخطه
شركة فاشله

دفعت و خصم مني و لكن

دفعت عن طريق تطبيق jood orange و لكن لم يتم اعادة الشحن و قد تم الخصم من بطاقتي البنكية!

حل مشكلة

شو قصة التطبيق بضل يعطيني سيتم تفعيل خطك قريباً

خدمه سيئه بقوه

الخط فعلتو من 18 ساعه ولسا بستنى الشركه تفعلو ، ليش وجعتو راسنا بالتطبيق تبعكم ما دام في كل هالمشاكل التقنيه والمماطله ، لا والي بيقهرك مركز خدمات المشتركين بحسسني بخطي جود اني تابع لمزود خدمه غير اورنج

تطبيق سيء للغاية

تعرضت لسرقة من تطبيق جوود ، حيث بس تتم عملية شراء للبطاقة او الحزم او لتجديد اشتراكك ما بتم إضافتهم على الخط بحجة عملية الشراء فشلت في معضم الأحيان ، في هيك مجازفة ، ف بالتالي بنيسحب من رصيدك بالبنك .
سرقة عينك عينك ، مع شكاوي ومع مية مشوار على الفاضي ، وحسبي الله فيكم على كلن

Worst app and service

So I have changed my line because Orange company keeps telling me about this great offer so I did to get Jood 10 which was for 10jd so when I got to charge the credit there was 1Jd fee so I payed it then I was trying to pay for the 10jd offer and it was for 14.50 jd so I was like ok I will do it for the offer and I charged it and it charged my bank, they took the money and joodOrange doesn’t show any credit and I kept chatting with joodOrange but it doesn’t get it because it’s just a machine so I try to make a report and joodOrange suddenly has a problem. I’m trying to have a number to contact them but there isn’t any.

Wasn’t able to verify my phone number because I didn’t receive sms OTP code!
