I have never experienced such bad customer service in this country or anywhere else. This app and the process has been unbelievable and time consuming for nothing the fact I have been in contact with customer service for 2 days with non of my concerns even being addressed is quite insane! They should shut this app down because it clear that they can’t provide any service through it.
