This is very frustrating, Sometimes when I have maybe 2 squares available to fill, Iclick on 2 more good game colors & the game stops & says I lost & have to start over again. Why does it not let me add the right colors in the correct number of spaces left? It’s cheating me out of a good move & ends the game! I HATE IT!

Hi. Playing Block Jam 3D, I paid for activation of the ‘Spring Season’, for April, which has been working, but has now defaulted back and will not restore my purchase. Purchase was made 12th April 2024, order number MTVG7BQBZ7. Can you please correct this and restore my purchase. Thanks.
It’s a real shame that you cut back on rewards. It’s a shame you cut back on how many coins you get per level and just the daily/weekly rewards. It’s pure greed on your part. As a long time paying customer, until you return to your previous way of giving rewards, you’re losing one who has played more than 6,500 levels. Paying customers (in my opinion) should be rewarded more than non-paying customers. If you don’t reinstate your previous ways of giving rewards, lower your prices at least.
I Purchased 1800 coin’s yesterday. Had 1600 this morning. Was playing just now , bought an extra row for 120 coins & I didn’t complete the level so I opted in to continue play for 100 coins… but now all that is showing Is 49 coins.
Hello. After I lose all of my lives, I go back in later in the day and it says I still have 0 lives and have to wait the 20 something minutes for them recur. This happens all of the time, so I’m not able to play the game. Is this issue going to be fixed?

WARNING PAY TO PLAY. I first downloaded this only because “Atlas Earth” is giving credits for playing this game. Just an FYI to those that read these, You can NOT get past level 55 without paying. All the levels are computer generated and there is never enough room on the board. I’ve tried to beat level 55 for over two weeks now (limited to 5 health refills a day) and it is impossible to pass without paying. Everything (in level) is way overpriced so that a $10 purchase will mayyyyybe get you 1-2 levels when you hit the “hard” levels (these occur like every 5 easier levels or so) Maybe I would if they spent more time with it by designing their own levels and not making each one computer generated. This game would be fun… IF, the game actually matches the preview. This is just an app for generate ad revenue. Not much thought has gone into this app. This⬆️ is why I am not paying. Waste of my time. (Note to the creators… Do better 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️)
Game is fun, but no way to earn coins or lives without sending money

The game is so fun, that I paid for ad free the day I downloaded it. However, there is almost no way to earn coins to get boosts to help you pass levels. In addition, you are locked out for a length of time when your lives are gone, unless you spend coins. You can almost never get coins unless you spend money. Also, if you fail the third part of a level, you have to go back to the first part of the level and do all three of them again, instead of the one you didn’t pass. I will probably delete it even though I paid for the add free version. The game is fun, but everything else about it makes it horrible. Find another game instead.
Broken, repeated problems that never get fixed

Update: lost 9.7k coins randomly today. “Restore purchases” button they say to press does not work, it does nothing. And Infinite life bonus broken since the new UI, so if you're out of the 5 lives when you get the power up, it won’t work unless you buy more lives first, even when you have like 2 hours of infinite lives. Such a waste of power ups and coins, how did they break a feature that had been working? They said they fixed it on another review but it’s still not working in September. AND New (old) problem just dropped: it keeps resetting my progress on time limited events at random points in the middle of the event. Progress is cumulative so I have to restart with like a day or less left, when I already made it through most of it, and now there is no time to re-finish all the stuff I had already done. This used to happen months ago, stopped for a while, and restarted in the past few weeks. It takes coins randomly, and only sometimes gives them back with updates. The fixes are always temporary at best, don’t waste your time investing in this game, it will eventually mess up and ruin the time you put in already.
