How to fix Screenio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Screenio app on iPhone
Update Screenio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Screenio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Screenio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Screenio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Screenio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Screenio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Screenio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Screenio » click [Force Stop]

Update Screenio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Screenio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Screenio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Screenio.

Fix Screenio unable to contact server/ Screenio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Screenio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Screenio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
