So I’ve been using Betly for 2 years now and it gets worse and worse! First off BetlySportsbookAR crashes so much it’s so annoying especially when u are in the middle of putting in a slip . Second thing, they took away all of the alternate player stats you now have to us the stats they give u for the player. And the third and biggest thing for me is you can’t no longer put same game parlays together to make one big parlay they only can go into single bets now . Honestly I’m done with Betly I tried to give them a fair try since live in Arkansas but I’m done give y’all my money I spend at least $700 a month on sports betting with you all and now that’s coming to a end ! Bye
Betly should be absolutely ashamed of this update. Why take away the only thing that made BetlySportsbookAR worth it. Having alternative lines for players and being able to parlay different games and players together. So why even use BetlySportsbookAR anymore? All the lines and odds are bumped higher than BetSaracen so you don’t get any incentive for even using BetlySportsbookAR. Everyone just move over to BetSaracen you’ll make more money with better lines odds and you won’t have a that bugs out constantly. And don’t get me started on them not letting me withdrawal my $200 I won for over a month and a half that’s a whole other story🤦🏾♂️ 0/5 stars if I could leave it.
Constantly giving the error saying “you seem to have connection issues” when literally every other app I open works. And if it does let login, it gives me “it’s temporarily not possible to continue.”
Created an account on February 5th and depositing was no problem. Made a few bets and then was told on the 7th That I could no longer bet or withdraw my money until I verify my account. It is now March 6th and they have still not verified my account and have held my money this whole time.
Overall it’s a Terrible app No same game parlay! Withdrawal is ridiculous at this point! If the odds change they won’t make you aware or give you a chance to change it especially live bets! I see a -165 but when the bet is made it’s a -145! End of the day ITS TERRIBLE!! Typical Arkansas Ran Company Always trying to get over!!!!
Probably the worst UX of any sports book. Arkansas government losing out on a lot of tax revenue if they are pushing sports book like this. I was only visiting Arkansas for the weekend and when I deposited my money I thought I was teleported to 1998 for a sports betting website. Only Over/unders, lines and money line. This Sportsbook has as much innovation as the color beige.
This sports book is awful. Payment options get stuck on their site and you can only have 3 options. Once you use 3 they get stuck and BetlySportsbookAR won’t let you add more. Customer service people are absolute jerks and have no clue what they’re doing. This is the worst option possible for sports books in ARKANSAS.
Why would you change an already terrible UI to something even worse. Looks like I’m on an iPad using an app made for an iPhone. It’s so confusing. The icons have all changed, the bets are confusing to place and the whole thing is tragic. Needs a major redo.
DO NOT USE BetlySportsbookAR! The bums running this scam seem to set their own lines, you can find better odds literally anywhere else. They’ve now removed alternate lines so you can only bet on the terrible lines they set. Same game parlays don’t seem to work anymore and they can’t be bothered to respond to emails, calls or social media messages. Take your business elsewhere, seriously
If I could give a -5 star I would. I won a bet where I had a $455 payout, however their app did an automatic cash out at $90, even though I wasn’t even on BetlySportsbookAR (I made a bet earlier in the day and didn’t check it until after the game was well over).
I reached out and explained the situation and they REFUSED to discuss or work with me even though it was the BETLY APP that caused the issue.
Whenever there is a problem on their end they are quick and responsive, but the second it could negatively effect them, they hide and put out generic comments that have nothing to do with the issue.
I can not recommend enough to not use BetlySportsbookAR or this company.
Do NOT use betly, their customer service is the honestly probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had log in problems, withdraw problems, bets disappear. Only problem I’ve not had is giving them the money. They’ll take it. Buuuut good luck getting any kind of winnings back. Once you try to withdraw they’ll lock your account and have you send 18 documents and blood samples to prove you are who you are. Basically they’re running a legal scam in the eyes of the Arkansas racing commission.
Actually a pretty good book for Arkansas. Would love to see some better odds on the alternate lines, not sure why they’re so terrible. I know everyone isn’t FanDuel but my goodness.

It was easy to start an account and get started playing. Also, BetlySportsbookAR covers multiple sports and events to choose from. Withdrawals are fast and easy, usually the next business day. All around a great sportsbook app.
