So I’ve been using Betly for 2 years now and it gets worse and worse! First off the app crashes so much it’s so annoying especially when u are in the middle of putting in a slip . Second thing, they took away all of the alternate player stats you now have to us the stats they give u for the player. And the third and biggest thing for me is you can’t no longer put same game parlays together to make one big parlay they only can go into single bets now . Honestly I’m done with Betly I tried to give them a fair try since live in Arkansas but I’m done give y’all my money I spend at least $700 a month on sports betting with you all and now that’s coming to a end ! Bye

Betly should be absolutely ashamed of this update. Why take away the only thing that made this app worth it. Having alternative lines for players and being able to parlay different games and players together. So why even use this app anymore? All the lines and odds are bumped higher than BetSaracen so you don’t get any incentive for even using this app. Everyone just move over to BetSaracen you’ll make more money with better lines odds and you won’t have a that bugs out constantly. And don’t get me started on them not letting me withdrawal my $200 I won for over a month and a half that’s a whole other story🤦🏾♂️ 0/5 stars if I could leave it.

Do NOT use betly, their customer service is the honestly probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had log in problems, withdraw problems, bets disappear. Only problem I’ve not had is giving them the money. They’ll take it. Buuuut good luck getting any kind of winnings back. Once you try to withdraw they’ll lock your account and have you send 18 documents and blood samples to prove you are who you are. Basically they’re running a legal scam in the eyes of the Arkansas racing commission.
