How to fix Bedtime app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bedtime app on iPhone
Update Bedtime app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bedtime iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bedtime on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bedtime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bedtime Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bedtime not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bedtime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bedtime » click [Force Stop]

Update Bedtime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bedtime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bedtime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bedtime.

Fix Bedtime unable to contact server/ Bedtime internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bedtime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bedtime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
