This is the 10th app i’ve tried in maryland and between the simple layout, beautiful pictures of city stadiums and excellent customer service, Fanatics is at the top of the list. After using FanaticsSportsbook for less than 1 week, I accidentally put in a double bet and with less than an hour before the first game, i was not only able to chat with live support, they completely voided the “second bet” and even went a step further to confirm I had the latest version and what iOs i was using, and I haven’t even talked about the new client promo that is better than FD and DK. I even got my fiancé on it, and she doesn’t really like sportsbooks apps. They should be the official sponsor of the Baltimore Orioles in no time! Watch out SuperBook. One more thing, I tested the cashout, and they are just as fast if not faster than DraftKings, really has the best features of all the sportsbooks available in maryland

Let me start by saying that I have used majority of the big sportsbooks in my state such as DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesar’s, BetMGM and more. I would honestly put Fanatics Sportsbook up there with some of the other books and it’s still only in beta. The promotions are insanely good and the UI is very easy to use and operate on. Sports are easy to find as well and not cluttered at all. They could work on adding a few more major sports such as UFC, NFL, NCAA, etc. and a few other markets to bet on but as I said, they are still in beta so I’m sure that will come later on this year. All in all great start to an awesome app!

App has a solid layout with good graphics displays. Navigating thru wagering screens is simple. Just made my first withdrawal, hit my bank within the hour. Generous new user & ongoing promos, plus insanely generous fancash rewards program. By far the most generous of any sportsbook operator.
Will randomly see delays in FanaticsSportsbook loading during login, somewhat expected as it’s beta testing. It’s pretty rare.
Expect FanaticsSportsbook to be very successful when they go live, offers a better user experience than most sportsbooks currently available. I’m in Ohio

In Massachusetts we have a lot of options. I choose to take my business with whichever book is offering the best bonuses. Fanatics has had some great bonuses and promos since starting the Beta in MA and I hope they continue because I’ll be a long term customer if they do. FanaticsSportsbook itself is a little basic but the deposits and payouts are fast and smooth and I really have no issues using FanaticsSportsbook. Like I said it really all comes down to the bonuses and promos!

This is my go to. I like to gamble, I like to sportsbet.. other big name books constantly have live events which as a result I lose way too much Gambling on things like table tennis. Fanatics has some random stuff but not nearly as much so it helps me stick to what I know. (mlb nba nfl grand slam tennis etc). I like the rewards pts. That is a clutch feature. I hope they don’t expand this Sportsbook beyond what it has now. I love it the way it is.

It’s just getting started but I think will be great when all said and done Home Screen is different than others but still easy use pay out was fast also

Beta version is currently available. Simplicity without the gimmicks. Gets down to business and works as a sportsbook should. Easy to place bets, offering great odds, and lightening fast withdrawals. What more could you ask for? Look forward to seeing the future of FanaticsSportsbook.

Won $158 on my very first bet. Tried to cash out and it says withdraw failed. I contacted support and they said there were no “Ohio specialists” available at that time. And they would be available the next day 10am-10pm. So here it is the next day and still no Ohio specialists available. I asked why they weren’t available during the times I was told that they would be and their response was, they are undergoing system updates. Needless to say, once resolved, I won’t be using FanaticsSportsbook.

I was rewarded the bonus bets for 200 on the 6th of June and the bets said they expire on the 8th. Which was odd because I use a lot sites and that seems rushed. So I used the bets and picked a lot of stuff on the 7th. I had one left and then the date changed to the 13th. So I reached out and was told that it was a display error and I would get a 10 dollar bet. To me that’s crazy because I only used the bets so quickly because I figured they only lasted 1 day. Do better. I know it’s beta but that’s an issue.

Before you sign up make sure you read the expiration dates. They state that you have 7 total days to use them but in reality the system will show that you only have 24 hours to use them. It is a system error and apparently you are suppose to go to an agent and ask them to extend your expiration date. A lot of challenges to go through when it is an error on their part…

Best Sports App that’s out customer service is the best in the game. They will listen to you and what ever the customer needs and takes care of it. I also love the more money you spend you get points to buy team gear from fanatics.

App is a little harder to navigate than most other sportsbooks. I imagine this is because it is still in development? Payouts happened quickly and withdrawals were as quick if not quicker than other sportsbooks. Hope to see the finished product soon!

very impressive app. interface is smooth, color scheme is beautiful, very user friendly. i’ve used almost every sportsbook in TN and this one ranks at the very top, even as a Beta version

There needs to be more ways to load money or take money off

Won a bet a little over 300$ cashed it out expecting to wait 2-3 days for it as soon as I confirmed my cash out I got a bank notification INSTANTLY. MUCH LOVE.

Given it’s only BETA testing I’m really enjoying FanaticsSportsbook , the rewards program is so much better than competitors.

App constantly gets stuck on the loading screen. Have to force close and reopen, just to get the same thing most of the time.

Is there a referral bonus for sending this sportsbook to friends/family?

The UX/UI is pretty sleek and easy to use. Quick deposit and payouts. The FanCash back feature is pretty interesting.

No complaints so far. App works well and the promos are awesome. My only recommendation is that they make a separate live section so I don’t have to scroll through all the sports to see if anything is live at the moment. Would highly recommend!

It’s a great new sportsbook with a lot of cool features such as a the fan cash %’s. They need a referral program though. Try it out!

I like it so far. Hopefully as they grow out of the beta stage the live betting has more info involved to follow the games. A lot of the sports books have the system where you can live track the game more easily. Also haven’t seen that you can cash out bets. I would assume they add those features and everything else seems good.

App so far so good. Havent been able to login since earlier today because FanaticsSportsbook keeps crashing.

So I’ve been a beta tester since the start. FanaticsSportsbook was good in the beginning but is slowly deteriorating. I deposited money last week and on FanaticsSportsbook is said my card was declined and I could figure out why so I went into my banking app and fanatics withdrew the money but it was in my account. Contacted customer support,they couldn’t do anything for me so I had to wait the 4 business days to get it back. I said what the heck I’ll give it another go around l. They once again declined my card but took the money out. So now here I am WAITING to get money that THEY took out of my account. I asked for a bonus bet for having to wait to get my money back. You figured they would because it’s their fault the money is gone from my account. When I proceeded to ask for the bonus bet the lady from the chat decided to send me a link for gamblers anonymous. So not only did she NOT help but figured it would be OK to insult me. Why because I asked for a bonus pack because you screwed up for a 2nd time!!!! Barstool and Caesars are probably the best two apps, live betting on fanatics is a joke. Hope this helps someone because it’s not right they take the money from your account and decline yor card. Almost sounds like a Ponzi scheme take from borrow from Pete, to pay back Paul.

At first glance I was very happy I have played on basically all the books and this one has the best promos but the first night I used it I hit for some long as shots and instead of cashing out they suspended my account was suspended and no one responded to my emails for 12 hrs

I’ve been betting with FanaticsSportsbook a week or so now so far it’s been good looks clean easy to navigate I like the “TrendingLive” section a lot there is not a bus load of random prop picks like some other Sportsbooks that’s not that big of an issue to me though my Biggest gripe about Fanatics Sportsbook Is the withdrawal process as of right now they are only paying out paper checks by mail like really it’s 2023 if deposits are instant withdrawal should be too with maybe 2 or 3 day wait time not 2 weeks for a paper check in the mail once withdrawal methods are updated I’ll come back and give the other 2 stars

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I haven’t even been able to get past the first step of verifying my identity because it’s saying I’m already linked to an email that is not mine. It’s been well over a month and customer service has been completely useless and really just painful to deal with. They’re telling me I’ve already placed bets and sent me the info of those bets. The cards used, again, were not mine. Customer service again just doesn’t seem to care. Apparently they’d rather let frauds use other people’s info than getting a real customer.

This Sportsbook is a joke. They essentially turned my live betting off after I hit one live bet on tennis. What would take 4 seconds now takes a full minute to process. On top of that, they locked me out of my account after hitting on one bet for “verification” purposes, and it’s still locked after a week of sending my details. I’ve got money in FanaticsSportsbook that I can not get out because of their incompetence.

Earning $5 back on my $100 SGP every time, win or loss, is the best feeling. If I lose, that $5 can get me back in the action. No other book offers me anything close.

Really enjoying FanaticsSportsbook and the cash back! Just would like to see a tab with the games or events that are live!

FanaticsSportsbook is alright, But my issue is it takes forever for live in game scores and wins to show up on FanaticsSportsbook itself. My tennis bet started at 11am and here we are 20 minutes later almost and even with the matched being started FanaticsSportsbook doesn’t tell you it’s even going on. Not a fan of this.

Hands down the most user friendly Sportsbook on the market. Super fast. Super easy to use. Big fan of this Sportsbook!!!!!

Placed my first wager well over 72 hours ago and still have yet to receive my bonus of “$200” Contact support they send the same message; “You will receive bonus bets within 72 hours after first bet settle.” I’ve never had this problem with any other book with promo services and customer support by far my worst experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TRASH YOU WILL JUST END UP FRUSTRATED.

FanaticsSportsbook should not have gone live yet, it is far inferior to DraftKings. On the first day received an error message that NFL options were temporarily not working, and on day 2 I couldn’t place bets because their geolocation was broken. The SGP was also very glitchy. Stick with the pros here and avoid FanaticsSportsbook.

Has everything you need. User friendly and plenty of great promos

My wife logs off on our iPad and I log in and it suspended my account for having two accounts on one device. Our family shares one’s iPad ……. Been a nightmare to get into my account. Been using DraftKings for 3 years with no issues.

FanaticsSportsbook would be a 5 star if they had future wagers. Would love to be able to bet on the World Series winner for example.

Download FanDuel, MGM, or DK instead. FanaticsSportsbook is awful and incredibly hard to use. My suggestion is to get the new user bonus and immediately delete FanaticsSportsbook.

Ridiculous restrictions max wagers on single bets. Terrible interface. Even worse customer support. Wager your hard-earned money somewhere else.

So in terms of sports betting alone, it’s a decent app. Some pretty good picks and odds, not too many sports but enough variety for different types of sports fans. The biggest issue with FanaticsSportsbook is the functionality. I actually haven’t placed a single bet because FanaticsSportsbook cannot verify my location, despite having 24/7 access to it (and I have precise location toggled on).

What this means in the money I just deposited can’t be used, ever. And it also can’t be withdrawn for 48 hours, which is ridiculous because on fanduel I’m almost certain that’s not a rule. So for 2 days my money will sit there, can’t bet it or get it back, because FanaticsSportsbook is so glitchy. Speaking of glitches, there’s a lot of them. I frequently have to close FanaticsSportsbook and refresh it multiple times just to view the games without half the screen freezing. I understand it’s in Beta still but they ought to crank out some updates sooner or later. My advice- Play at your own risk

I love the format of FanaticsSportsbook. It’s one of the best Sportsbook apps because of that but it has a few hiccups. FanaticsSportsbook locked me out by getting stuck at the terms of use screen after I had laid a bet and have money on FanaticsSportsbook . So far it’s been about an hour with no access. Besides this issue it’s been a great app. Hopefully it’s fixed soon or I may have to change my opinion and bail on FanaticsSportsbook permanently.

This book is very simple and easy to use. They hook you up with $200 free bets to start off with. Only thing this book doesn’t do that I’ve seen on other platforms is cash out options.

Cool app, UI is smooth I just wish they showed the referral link immediately after sign up I told a bunch of buddies to download and missed out on getting the referral money because I didn’t see the option until way later down the road

I had two friends referred and they never gave me anything for a referral. When I sent them the photos the my friend did indeed sign up they said there was nothing they could do. Apps like this deserve to be in the trash. Other sportsbook don’t and haven’t done this before when asking someone to signup to a site with less props and least options to bet on. Please go back to the drawing board for sports books.

Need to have more exotic bet options. Buying points selling points minimum player yardage things of that nature. Not enough player performance wagers

Easy to use and navigate, actually has a chat support team, and good promos. Could use more player props on certain sports but overall is a good Sportsbook to use.

I attempted to use FanaticsSportsbook it let me deposite money into the account and it won’t let me place bet attempted to reach their customer support and they answered told me they would take 2 min and 20 min later the chat was closed this is ridiculous. And to sum up I’m still not able to make a bet

Helped my friend log into fanatics for the new user bonus they didn’t receive the $100 pus they didn’t get the 200 new user bonus so using my refer they got nothing not $200 not $100 and I didn’t receive $100 either.

Customer services in chat is bad thought I set a weekly deposit limit but it was a wager limit. Asked if this could be unlock giving me the run around. As well as bets freezing, scores not updating and no way to see who is in possession of the ball on most sports

I downloaded the Fanatics Sportsbook app. I tried multiple times to use FanaticsSportsbook . More than once I had to try and chat with customer service and every time I got the run around. The kicker was the last time I tried someone named Romalis chatted with me and asked for a copy of my ID again…this is after TWO DAYS of providing everything they asked for… then Romalis was super rude and acted as if I was bothering them…. I use other Sportsbooks and have NEVER had to provide a picture of my ID. Let alone deal with this garbage… USE DRAFTKINGS OR FANDUEL ….I feel like I’ve been scammed. I’ll be reporting this…

Took my account for security reason because a deposit failed customer service keep saying the same stuff to wait 24-72 hours 4 days later I still haven’t got an email I have contacted them numerous times to get my account back and it’s like there bots they say the exact same thing every time I liked it at first but after my experience DONT DOWNLOAD

First off the login in system is trash. Consistently locks you out of your account with the correct password. Forces you to change it then says its not right again a few logins later. Then the “email” you get to reset your password literally comes whenever it wants. The location services are constantly acting up and it can be hours before you can bet. No other app has ever had these issues. Lastly the referral program doesn’t even credit correctly. I had 3 ppl I referred (for bonus NOT because FanaticsSportsbook is good) and they've all received their bonuses and nothing has happened on my end. They also barely had any decent sports options when they launched. Why launch if your options are so limited. Terrible app. Save yourself the trouble and stick to the main apps.

FanaticsSportsbook was cool for about 4 days. I haven’t been able to use it for the past week because it says “Unable to verify location” kind of annoying. Talked to their support and they were no help. I use FanDuel and I’ve never had this problem.

FanaticsSportsbook is ok. The pictures, layouts, the UI is beautiful. However, FanaticsSportsbook glitches like crazy. Like others, several location issues despite having it turned on. The bet slip which houses your open and settled bets has suddenly removed all of my bets despite taking my money for them. Now with several bets out today for games I can’t manage them. Good luck reaching customer support — sometimes the chat system works. Other times it’s only by email. Probably because they know everyone wants to chat them about the all messing up. Play at own risk. When they get this stuff together, it will be a great experience.

Overall I really enjoyed FanaticsSportsbook and how easy it was to use. The promotions were awesome and I would have given it a 5 star until my account got locked. Still, not a huge deal as they sent me an email stating what I need to do in order to get my account back up and running. It’s now been almost a week with multiple follow up emails and I still haven’t gotten a response. They have no number to call and their online automated service just created another case instead of helping. Im convinced they don’t have a customer service department. I find it comical that their is a Developer Response to every bad review telling the customer to email their support, good luck getting an answer!!

Where do I even begin with how scammy this is .
They offer you a referral program , where if you bet at least $10 you & your referrer both receive $100 in fan cash which is their own magic currency .
Sounds good ... here's the kicker , you never receive the promotional money , it's been 87 hours & not only have I not received the promotional funds , but I have yet to hear back from costumer service on why that is. No response . They also do not let you cash out they make it complicated . Horrible experience & if it isn't a scam ... you could have fooled me . The rest of the "good reviews" are paid for and are bots . Horrible company , horrible experience.

Downloaded FanaticsSportsbook about a week ago, and have been trying every day since to place a bet, yet I am not able to. Since downloading, I keep getting the same “Unable To Verify Location” message even though my location services are on, and the blue arrow pops up in the top left corner when I open FanaticsSportsbook (only pops up when location is being used). I tried the customer support chat, tried calling, tried emailing. Nothing. But FanaticsSportsbook gladly let me deposit funds and set up an account with all of my data! Don’t waste your time or effort, much better sports betting apps and support elsewhere.

I was betting last Saturday and I deposited all my money I had a little more I was trying to put in but FanaticsSportsbook kept decking my card even though the money was on it. Moments later my account was locked and I had no access to my money. I thought everything was good bc I had withdrew all my money but no. They suspended my account. The canceled my withdraw and have here since making me wait over a week without a clear answer their saying it’s not guaranteed my account will be reopened and I did nothing wrong. Don’t waste your time on FanaticsSportsbook there’s way better out there who will actually not screw you

I had someone hack my account and used my linked debit card to make $225 in bets. Still giving five stars because the agent i chatted with was helpful and I loved FanaticsSportsbook (besides no early cash out option!) Hopefully my one issue gets resolved and I can continue to use for long term use!

FanaticsSportsbook is easy to use and has a very appealing interface. I love that you earn Fan Cash when you place bets, since I’ve bought a lot over the years from the Fanatics website. Highly recommend!

They lied about their promos I never got my free jersey even though I was a new customer. Their support kicked me out after I waited an hour and had to get in the queue again which had over 50 people in it at one point it had over 70. The sports book itself is not great and feels very unpolished. I have never had a problem with draft kings they always honor their promos something fanatics does not would not recommend

The only reason I said no was they all already had FanaticsSportsbook and I was last to get it

Well over a week ago I created an account. It then asked me to verify my account. This is where the issues began. It didn’t accept the information I entered then told me to contact customer support. So I did, it took three days to get a response and what info/picture I needed to get verified. Replied back to that email the same day… come tomorrow it will be a week since I sent the info without hearing back. This whole issue will cause me to miss out on the jersey promotion (the only reason I considered using the service). None of my other friends or people I know that are using FanaticsSportsbook had to submit extra pictures or crap to be verified and were simply verified just by the basic 5-step info they input.

My friend sent the invite to this Sportsbook and they were running a promo when new accounts signed up they received fancash. I took the invite then invited another friend. I have emailed over and over to their customer service to get the fancash without a response. There’s a lot of sport books out there FanaticsSportsbook promises a lot but truthfully doesn’t deliver. I would stick more mainstream atleast they cover their new account promos.

Very nice looking AP and I like the rewards program but the AP itself is pretty much useless for live betting. I have never been able to place a live bet because every time you make a selection it changes to closed out. Only other AP I have the problem with is bet365 and it has a lot of other issues.

Absolutely the most bet friendly app on your screen rewards 🤣 and instead of losing the shirt off your back, they give you a shirt a WOW NFL football jersey ! Winning !

Was a big fan after my my first experience, until I faced an account issue.

I joined to see how the new platform was and enjoyed after placing first bet and winning. The bet settled as soon as the player prop in the game hit instead of making me wait until the game was completely over which most other apps don’t allow. Thought very cool, maybe I’ll consider keeping an eye on promotions and what what not in the future.

When I went to cash out my winnings, it notified me that the withdraw was declined and the funds were returned to my account. I then went to login to double check myself on the withdraw when FanaticsSportsbook began to say incorrect login credentials. I changed the password and went to log back in, it then notified me that my account was locked and to contact customer support through their chat option, which then notified me that they were working through emails and a case was opened. I have heard nothing since, I’ve emailed the confirmation email to try and get a response and continue to get no answer.

Tough to fix any issues when you can’t get an answer from anyone and their chat option isn’t even built enough to send you in an endless loop of questions.

End of the day, seems like they weren’t ready for release and don’t have the staff or support to handle the fallout

This would be a 1 star except for the fact that I do like earning fancash. The site has technical difficulties pretty regularly, the parlay options are subpar compared to other books and not a lot of promo boosts offered in the few weeks I’ve been here. Customer service is even worse though. They have no phone number to contact anybody, emailing with support takes multiple days to return back. To tie this all back to the bad promotions they offer, I followed the steps of one of the promos only to be told I didn’t qualify. No reasoning behind why and of course several days and multiple emails later. Probably just recommend losing your money with another book.

FanaticsSportsbook itself is ok ; but the customer support team is one of the worst I’ve dealt with for awhile. The don’t read emails ( the only way to contact them ) , when they do finally respond they send a generic response without addressing the issue, and when you do finally get told there is a resolution coming, they will tell you wait 24 to 72 hours and not fix the issue.

There is potential for FanaticsSportsbook , just hope you don’t have any issues that you need customer support for

You're better off using one of the many other betting apps because, should there be a problem on your account, you can rest assured knowing the people from fanatics will not care to help you for a second. Only reason I considered it was for the promos which didn't even work for me because of glitches which they did not help resolve….Using fancash for jerseys would be nice if it actually worked but once again, they don't care to help so ill never know.

I would rate FanaticsSportsbook way better if they do live scoring. Every sports book is having a hard time with live scoring. Except FanDuel. I would definitely give FanaticsSportsbook 5 star rating if they add it. I would just love to see where I'm at when someone scores. I don’t want to wait till the game is over to find out. Please add it thats all I need for FanaticsSportsbook and it’s perfect.

I really like the Fanatics Sportsbooks and the offers/promos they have from time to time, especially the Jersey credit! They have a lot of choices to bet on from teams, spreads, totals and play props + special parlays. I’ve deposited and withdrawn and haven’t had any problems there and it was all pretty quick. I love the fact that you can earn Fan Cash from making plays and using their offers and can redeem on their sites for sports gear! From other reviews I’ve seen it seems the customer service is something that needs work as it’s just through email and I did have a problem and it has been 48 hours since I’ve reached out and no response. I’m hopeful that since they are still relatively new that they will take all the feedback and work on it to make it even better.

So I referred two friends, after they made the deposit for the promotion and placed the bets, after 4 days none of us received the promotional credits. We got in touch with customer support and they said the requirements were not met and to do it again and make sure to follow the required steps. So they deposited more money and placed another bet. Four days later still no promotional credits. We then get in touch with customer support once again and they tell me that only one referral was successful and the other was not, even though they both followed the same exact steps. So I asked if that was the case then why haven’t we received the promotion for the one that was successful??

I guess we’ll have to wait and see what they say. At first I was really liking FanaticsSportsbook . But now after telling my friends about it and having them put their money in thinking they’d receive a great promotion, it’s a bad look. If I was them I’d think I got scammed and it was a friend who told me about it, I’d be really upset. If we get this figured out then I’ll come back and change my review. Until then this where I stand.

#1 (minimal): Better ‘Home Page’ organization

-Ultimately should be done by sport popularity and event start. I don’t need the silly graphics, more events/lines visible

#2 (very beneficial): More Boosted Odds

-I prefer the ones that boost to around +125 to +375, but still take some of the crazy ones like +750. Just need more in general (especially football)

#3 (URGENT A$AP): Ability to Wager more from ‘Open Bets’

-Click on an open bet and add more money before the event starts, from the ‘Open Bets’ screen. If the line is the same just ask how much additional. If the line has changed give 3 options: A- Cancel additional wager. B- wager selected amount at new odds. C- wager amount that would equal the winnings from original odds, but with new odds. (Ex: You place $10 on Jets ML +200 on Friday. On Sunday you decide to add $10 more. You go to your ‘Open Bets’, select ‘Jets ML’, select ‘wager more’, add $10, prompt appears “warning the line has changed since initial wager from +200 to +100 odds: A- Cancel additional wager, B- wager $10 to win $10, C- wager $20 to win $20.

Make these happen (especially #3 & 2) and I’ll delete all my other sports books!!!!!

They advertise promotions for “first time users” but require you to “opt in” once you’re signed up instead of automatically doing it for you. It’s a tactic to beat people out of money and trick them into betting twice. It’s very unscrupulous and manipulative by them. I will never ever use them under any circumstances, purchase any merchandise from them, or recommend them to anyone. They lost a customer for life and I will be sure to let everyone know how they took advantage of me and other customers by false advertising! Never trust a company that steals from you with “fine print” tactics. Fanatics does bad business!

I use to bet on DK ,Fanduel, MGM and a few others. Now I just use Fanatics. They payout EXTREMELY QUICK, the odds are fair to good in your favor, decent promos. I wanted my friends to get the 10 days of bonus bets promotion so I sent them my link for them to sign up. We each got fifty bucks for signing up. Great. My friends went to use the 10 days of free bets only to find out that they had “used a promotion “ already Basically the fine print says that they can only use 1 promotion. So by sending them my link I screwed them out of up to 1000 dollars in free bets. I opened a case with support but there was nothing they could do. My friends will open cases as well. I find it very sneaky and disingenuous for a new book (I’m in ohio) to trick people like that. I would have never sent them my link if I had known that. I really liked FanaticsSportsbook and book but am likely to just not bother with it any more unless they can somehow fix this. Sincerely. Three lost customers

Do not, do NOT download FanaticsSportsbook. i signed up from my friends referral link and during the $200 bonus bet promo. literally did not get any of the bonus options. i emailed support five times and got NO response. this business is super sketchy and misleading advertising is one of the worst things a company can do. on top of the horrible UI (fire your designer and devs honestly), the no responses, and false advertising is disgusting. Fanduel or Draftkings is the way to go if you want to avoid the headaches plus their promos are way better. Fanatics is absolutely garbage. save your time energy money and storage.

I’ve used Sportsbook and Bovada for my online betting for years. I always had to send away for a check to claim my winnings and it was always drawn on a foreign country bank. Fanatics gaming immediately transfers my winnings to my bank account. I can also deposit as little as $5 for my betting, another easy feature. I highly recommend Fanatics gaming app!!

On 9/27 I started to have technical issues with FanaticsSportsbook . Bonus bets I created disappeared. I reached out to customer service and they told me to log out and log back in. This did not help. Soon after a realized I could not access any of the promotions. To make a long story short, over the past 5 weeks I have spoken to several people and had numerous tickets opened. Someone would be in touch within 24-72 hours is what I was told each time Here we are on 10/31 and I still have the same issues and I am being ignored by customer service. I have sent in numerous screenshots detailing my issues and I haven’t even gotten the courtesy of an acknowledgment the screenshots were received, never mind a solution. I really need someone to reach out to me. I am beyond frustrated.

There are many other options for sportsbooks that work very well. I tried many times the past couple primetime football nights to place bets and FanaticsSportsbook has been too slow for me to place my bet in time for the game to start. It has taken around 15 mins+ for the options to pull up because they are too worried about streaming the game on FanaticsSportsbook . Nice feature if it worked but it does not. I recommend apps such as DraftKings or FanDuel if you want a pleasurable experience. I understand Fanatics offers rewards but it’s not worth using a bad app. Other apps also have live bet tracking updates. Believe me when I say do not use FanaticsSportsbook.

The UI of FanaticsSportsbook is clean and simple. Any issues I’ve had have been easily resolved using the chat feature. The only issue I frequently run into is that my parlays do not update to show when a leg has hit. I have to go into a different app to see if a player has scored, registered a hit, etc.

Overall, a very good app that I will continue to use. Just wish this one issue could be fixed!

I originally posted a low rating because when I went to make my very first withdrawal my account got locked. I reached out to customer service, went through the quick verification process and within an hour my account was back up!

Today I opened my Pointsbet app and I was asked to download Fanatics. I signed up with Points because they had a good new customer offfer. Today I realized (after being for hours with support) that everything was inherited from Fanatics but…the promos. So whoever signed up for the past 7 days is skrewd. I was on a chat with support for hours and they offered 10$ curtesy , omg. They don’t have any clue whata going on. Waste of time! FanaticsSportsbook itself. is slow. and laggy. I had glitch when depositing so had to do it again and it ended up double transaction. The offer for some of the sports are poor. Example-todays soccer games.
In general poor start for Fanatics for me. If you want to get new customers and you’re new, you don’t treat them like that. You’re far far away feom bet365, betmgm or fanduel.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service for months now with no resolution. After I signed up I entered my information such as my birthday, social security number, and address to verify my identity when it told me someone else has used my information already to set up an account. As you can imagine, this was pretty alarming and after entering multiple tickets (which was the only option since every time I went to check on my original ticket no customer service representatives were available and it set up a new ticket) no one seems to care. Better off using a different sportsbook in my opinion.

My account got suspended after they said they needed me to verify 4 of my deposit methods so I had to send them pictures of all four of my debit/credit cards i’ve used to deposit with, so I did alongside a picture of my ID and a current bank statement. Four days later my account is still locked because they’re asking for verification of a card i've never even owned. They claim it was through Apple Pay, so i go and look what cards are in my apple wallet, lo and behold not a single card of mine ends in the last four digits they’re asking for. So now i’m stuck with the most awful, terrible customer support, and i mean this customer support i’ve gotten from them is among the worst i’ve ever dealt with. They have helped me absolutely none and they email you once every 24 hours if you’re lucky, I put a request in for a call and nothing there either four days later. So now i’m stuck with over $460 in open bets today with an account i haven’t been able to get into for going on five days now with only a handful of helpless, what seems like purely automated responses that do not even reply to what you’re asking them. So since something is messed up on their end I get screwed out of hundreds of dollars so be very weary of this book. I use 20+ different books and have never had anything like this occur.

I am not new to online betting. I have the mainstream apps. I got an email from them specifically stating, if I am a new customer and bet $50 I get $250 in bonus bets.

I clicked the offer in my email signed up for an account. I was brand new never had an account. I waited four days and didn’t receive my bonus bet. I contacted their support and I was met with “I’m sorry it didn’t work, but we have other promotions that you can take advantage in the future”.

I shared the email I received and the day I signed up stating this is the reason why I signed up and I followed everything. Even with evidence they wouldn’t work with me. So, I told them to close my account and wipe my data from servers. I was met again with are you sure? We have other promotions. I already wasted 50 on not getting what they promised. They didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I would have been happy if they gave me even $50 in bonus bets. I would go to other online betting apps that are more reliable.

Wrote into the chat asking about the deposit bonus. I had asked how to opt in. Disassociate told me to deposit and make a wager of $10 and within 72 hours. I will get my bonus bet then days two through five I had to opt in, and make $10 wages every day to get $40 bonus bets equaling 200 over five days, I had been on the chat for about 30 minutes they sent me multiple instructions in terms. She told me several times that I was eligible . the following day I noticed there was no bonus so I went into the chat again and this associate told me my account was not eligible there was nothing they could do and that was it. I had told associates several times that I was told yesterday that my account was eligible to make the deposit and Bet and I would get the bonuses. This associate did not even acknowledge that they lied to me, kept telling me that I was in eligible. Terrible customer service, lack of empathy and flat out lying. I will never ever use this sports book again.

If you do halfway decent they will limit you to single digit/penny bets within a week. They also don’t tell you this so when you go to bet and can’t place a wager, you pretty much are left with no other option than to close the account and withdraw your money. This is where Fanatics gets petty. They’ll lock the account and hold the money under suspicion on fraud. It will then take over a dozen contacts to customer support over the course of a week to get anyone on the accounts or CS side to do their job and when you repeatedly ask for a supervisor or manager they will shrug you off. It’s probably the single most frustrating experience I’ve had on ANY gambling app. Also when you’re closing the account and try to use your leftover fan cash (which has to be wagered as a unit and can’t be broken up) the limit still applies so you can’t even bet with it. I would steer clear of them and stick with the big names like FD and DK.

Had some issues with my account that ended up being my fault in the end. The issue was the the chat couldn’t accurately tell me what the issue was. I found Stacy’s email address here in the review section who promptly took care of the issue. She was understanding and got me back going! If you are having issues I recommend you contact her before giving up on FanaticsSportsbook . The boosts and the overall UI of FanaticsSportsbook make it a positive experience. I signed up thinking I was receiving two promotions and I only received one. I contacted customer service through their chat system and I received an actual agent in less then 2 min. I explained my problem and they recognized it and happily explained the problem and decided to save the day by crediting me what I would of received if I got the promotion. Stellar customer support, and they were very helpful and nice. I will definitely continue using Fanatics Sportsbook app.

I have tried several Sportsbook apps and had been a long time Pointsbet user. They offered unique options that others didn’t. Since Fanatics took over all the Pointsbet accounts, I would suggest using another Sportsbook app. I’m a big parlay player and once you hit a few games, Fanatics cash out option never appears. Even when other games haven’t started. At the very minimal with all the other apps available, there’s many you can use that don’t close the cash out option. That’s just 1 issue, a big one imho, but there’s plenty more…

I’m a pretty big spender/winner/loser :) I recently created an account with ESPN Sportsbook and so far it’s way better than Fanatics. I’ve transferred all my winnings out and as soon as I spend my saved Free Bets, this account will be closed.

FanaticsSportsbook itself is great, the UI is nice, the bonus bets are fun and earning fan cash is great. But there are too many problems that overshadow the good. Player location services is very spotty even when you’re in the same place, customer service is almost nonexistent, and good luck placing and NFL bet on a Sunday, because FanaticsSportsbook is constantly down. I’ve had to reach out to support on almost every single “risk free bet” because they just didn’t pay me and hoped I didn’t notice. I’m currently waiting for FanaticsSportsbook to come back up so I can cash my balance out and take it elsewhere, we’ll see how long that takes.
It would be a great app if it worked, but I’d warn everyone to just save themselves the headache and go to fanduel or ESPN or anywhere else.

This is a pretty good Sportsbook. The main issue is loading anything. They are always behind compared to any of the other other top books. They offer almost everything you need, but FanaticsSportsbook has a lot of loading issues. They also randomly withdrew my entire account, said I did it it, and then took a month to figure it out.

I like it because I have money in it, but would recommend at least 4-5 others before Fanatics. One good thing is that they are almost always offering free bonus bets daily. $2-$3 usually. There are many reasons I still use this Sportsbook, there are probably more read why i don’t care if I continue

Installed FanaticsSportsbook and created an account. I tied my account to the same bank and same account I use for FanDuel, Draft Kings, and ESPN Bet. I tried 4 different times to deposit money and each time, I fly to the final step and an error was generated. I reached out to support asking if someone could tell me why the deposits were failing and I was told to "try a debit card"

That's just ridiculously unhelpful. It's frustrating dealing with awful support. A debit card MAY have worked, but I didn't ask what other deposit options were available.I had asked if someone could tell me why my 4 deposit attempts were failed.

I have no need to keep an app or an account that won't allow me to use the same banking information its competitors have no issue with.

My account got suspended on November 15th for “using a debit card already on file with another account”. The card in question is my debit card with my name attached to it. I figured yeah maybe since I withdrew and deposited so close together to take advantage of a deposit bonus that I may have confused the system and I’ll get it fixed quickly. November 18th I receive an email on the steps to take to take to get the account back. It’s now November 29th and I haven’t received any further information on what’s going on. So, the only information I’ve received is a generic email stating the steps to take to get the issue fixed with no further updates. I would potentially understand the situation if I wasn’t familiar with other sportsbooks. For example, I had a similar issue with Caesar’s Sportsbook. It took them hours to fix the issue and I received multiple emails from them guiding me through the process and ensuring the proper steps were taken. The only communication you can have with customer support for fanatics is a chat bot that continually loops stating the same phrases and providing no additional help from there. I liked using Fanatics, it has great rewards, but with the complete lack of customer service when/if this is resolved I plan to withdraw my money and take it elsewhere.

I got an email for bet $20, get $200 and signed up the same day. After I signed up I was automatically opted in for another promo that required me to place 10 bets for 10 days. This was a promo I was not interested in nor was it the reason I signed up.

I contacted customer support thinking they could easily fix that but they would not. I asked for a phone number so I could talk to someone about it and was told they didn’t have one. I asked to close my account and return my deposit to me so I could use it in another app. They closed my account but the money would have to be mailed to me in 7-10 business day. I initially placed a $20 bet for the promotion that I signed up for. I should have won after my account was closed but based on what customer support said I would only be refunded my current account balance at that time, $80.

Would not recommend.

Didn’t expect too much from FanaticsSportsbook as a first time user and user of many Sports books but I am extremely happy after a week of use. New user promo and daily promos have been pretty consistent and match offers from popular sportsbooks like FD & DK. FanaticsSportsbook interface is pretty well designed and functions well. While alt props slightly lack from bigger books they still offer an abundant amount and most lines get put out pretty early. Hopefully the processing speed of posting lines speeds up with this company because other then that I could see using this as one of my main sportsbooks.

So I signed up for Fanatics during the 10 X $100 bonus bet promo. I placed a few bets on the platform over the next few days to the total of roughly $1000 total in wagers. During this time I was down about $100 which is fine, you win some you lose some. But apparently this gets the trading team to limit your bet sizing for future bets down to $10 a bet. I reached out to customer support via chat (which also disconnects if you want to use your phone for any other purpose while waiting I learned) and they explained that the trading team limited me, didn’t or I should say couldn’t explain why. The kicker is that all of the $100 bonus bets I got are now useless because of course I can only bet $10 max. So yeah, feels like I got scammed from the promo and it feels like Fanatics just doesn’t want me as a customer. I’ve had the same bet sizing of around $100 as my standard bet size over on DK, FD, BetMGM, ESPNBet, and Caesars for years without any issues so I’d just recommend going over there for now cause they don’t just limit you on day 3 for placing bets on their platform and I can confirm their promos are honestly redeemable.

I had been using this sportsbook on a daily basis for weeks. Deposited and withdrew with PayPal with no issues. I then go on a win streak and turn 500 into 5000 dollars. I request to withdraw 3000 and out of no where my account is suspended. They sent me an email saying I had "unusual activity patterns" and they had to verify some information. Keep in mind I've been using this book for weeks prior to my win streak and they never required verification.

I contact the agents, two of them literally ended the conversation on their own when I asked for an explanation. So now I just have 5,000 dollars I earned legitimately that I cant access or withdraw. I've used 5 other sportsbooks in Pennsylvania and never had this happen to me. I would say don't risk your money with this new company and stick to the original Fanduel or Draft kings types.

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!!! Wow - where to begin…. After switching from Poontsbet, I was super excited, for about a day. I’ve had a week of communication going on with a rep, Fiona, caught in multiple lies, promised me promotions when I’d deposit more money- I did- they magically they were gone- I actually had her confirm the promo was valid twice before that deposit, which she did, then immediately blamed me and took zero responsibility when called out.

You get a “promo page” HAHA! this shows I get two free profit boosts a day. Well, after my contacting Fiona they have magically disappeared. I no longer receive any profit boosts when other people I know get two daily and never have deposited a single penny. That’s right false advertising. Contacted another rep- her explanation was the dumbest response I’ve ever heard. Literally blaming me, and basically saying I can’t read lol. Biggest waste of my time and biggest waste of my life. I want points bet back, but they gone- and this is not the option for anyone! Bets take 100 years to settle, their reps are absolutely worthless and better sportboooks are out there! Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT join this joke of a service. You do not belong in this industry - look forward to your watching you crumble!!!

I gave FanaticsSportsbook a 5 star hoping ALL will read. While playing another game an add came up stating that I would receive 100 free spins on cash eruption if I would download FanaticsSportsbook . So I became a member and to my surprise there were no free spins available. I reached out to the help desk via email only to be told that this was a previous promotion and was not available. I explained that I had just received the promotion that very day. I googled the site and again the same promotion came up. I sent the help desk a screenshot of their add and explained the promotion was still running. Even this morning once again same promotion comes up during an add on Words with friends. This is false advertising!!!! I intend to contact the PA Gaming Commission. Please do not download thinking you will receive these free spins because the casino will not honor them. Hopefully you and I can find entertainment on another casino site in PA.

I made my account for the 10 day promotion. I was suspended for days 4-8 with no thorough explanation just broad non descriptive emails. I then got my account back after sending over 15 emails. I got it back and tried making bets. I used 2 100$ bonus bets which I received after getting the account back. When trying to place an error came up and they disappeared. Ive spoke to numerous live agents and all of them told me theres nothing they can do. They could see the "bets" in my account while i had nothing on my end. Again the only response was tough luck. Eventually they gave me a 15$ bet as an apology and nothing else. After reaching out numerous times since Ive simply been ignored. I heavily recommend anyone use literally any other gambling app. Im a degenerate and it takes an absolute lot to get me to even make a review. Fanatics is hands down the worst app when it comes to user help . The UI is great but this sportsbook does not care about its users one bit. Every other sportsbook/casino has better support/consistent offers.

Like someone else posted, I’m only giving five stars in hopes more see this. I had an ad pop up to receive 100 spins on cash eruption, so clicked it to download the all and create an account. When I was done there was nothing showing the promotion. One chat agent told me it must be a third party offer that they can’t accept. The ad popped up again in a different app, so I screenshot the ad, started another chat, and sent them what I had. I was told “troubleshot” by logging out and deleting and reinstalling FanaticsSportsbook . Did all of that, and still nothing. I would advise staying away from FanaticsSportsbook…plenty of other more reputable online sports books/casinos.

I really like this book. The interface is clean and it loads quickly. The boosts have continued past the first month of sign-up promos. Easy to find the bets I want without endless waiting and scrolling and collapsing accordion menus. I can also very often use boosts how I want as long as I meet the minimum odds requirement. No ridiculous specs like you get with other Sportsbook apps like FD, DK, BetMGM, etc. I have been beta testing their companion FanCash Rewards app and it has some nice features too. Developers seem to listen to user feedback and implement suggestions. I recommend this book if it is available in your state!

FanaticsSportsbook is and its help center do not provide support for you if you make a withdrawal it will take them DAYS to approve the funds coming back to your account. They do not answer emails and falsely claim they have 24/7 day a week support through chat. By far this is the worst betting app I have quite honestly used. Frankly I’m shocked at the lack of communication and overall ability to speak to anyone. Automated responses DO NOT qualify as 24 hour support. Stacy is not a real person or must never reply to emails. For the sake of all that is holly do not use FanaticsSportsbook. They should remove it this is the 4 th day of me not getting my withdrawal. No clear response and as a number of people have stated it takes days for them to respond. Also it is true they will lock your account with YOUR money still on the account.

FanaticsSportsbook is a giant scam. I originally signed up because they were doing a sign on promotion bet $20 get $200 fancash. I successfully placed my bet and got the $200 fancash. What was not mentioned anywhere on FanaticsSportsbook was that once you convert your fancash to bonus bets you have to bet the whole amount. You cannot split it up like you can on other apps. I thought maybe I missed something but I even went into the fine print and found nothing saying this. I contacted customer support asking if it is possible to revert the transaction since i had not placed a bet with bonus. They never got back to me and the bonus bets were about to expire so like any rational person would I used it before they were gone for good. It was not until after me bet had settled that customer support decided to respond to my initial message saying that “since i had placed a bet there was nothing they can do.” I EMAILED YOU ALL DAYS BEFORE I PLACED THAT BET AND WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO PLACE IT SO YOU ALL COULD GET BACK TO ME AND AVOID THIS WHOLE SITUATION. Moral of the story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

App glitches constantly, log out/log in, delete/redownload, yet app still displaying Q1 of a game that is at halftime and you can’t bet it. Customer Service is trash. They turn off live help (assumedly cause so many tech glitches), so you email support and get a response in 48 hours, which is zero help to the issue(s) from 2 days ago. Best part is customer service response is some canned response that doesn’t address the issue at hand. Really an awful experience. 0 for 4 getting someone to look at my issue(s). Sure earning discount (FanCash) on gear is nice, but all betting sites give you something. FanDuel has much better customer service. I’d recommend playing there. Update: Fanatics reached out to this review and said ‘email Stacy’. Well that was over a month ago and no response (checked junk folder too). Only reason I’m back here to respond is I’m getting emails saying my account updated. Uh, haven’t used the site in a month. I sent a note about that, guess what?? Some canned response about ‘how to turn on/off notifications’. Not sure why that would be helpful if my account is being hacked/accessed inappropriately? So now along with a terrible user experience, I have to worry about my personal information/banking information being stolen.

Had to close an account that I had not played on…Couldn’t deposit. Customer Support said they’d email me what needed to take place cause they, ‘couldn’t figure it out’. Email: download and redownload FanaticsSportsbook (seriously, you don’t train CS on that simplicity?). I figured out they were not accepting my deposit, cause I signed up under my full name, William, but my bank account is under Will. My bank accepts Will and all my bank accounts are under Will (ID says William). I notified CS of this and asked them to update my account. Response: We cannot, you can open a new bank account and then we’ll accept your deposit! Ha! Yes, that’s the answer, that keeps us from AML/KYC, open a new Bank of America account! Then we’ll accept your money!!! To be clear, I have a DraftKings account as Will, a Fanduel account as William. Both are deposited to from same a Bank of America account, but Fanatics says: If you have an abbreviated name, you can’t play with us, and there is no recourse. Solid!
