I purchased six this app home video cameras (four wireless and two wired), and I am extremely disappointed with their performance. Noorio constantly crashes, and the cameras run out of battery in less than 48 hours. To make matters worse, every time the cameras need to be re-added to Noorio , it deletes all footage, causing a major inconvenience.

Updating the firmware has been an absolute nightmare. Noorio claims it takes 15 minutes, but it never completes, leaving the camera stuck in an endless update loop. I’ve had to remove and re-add the camera multiple times just to get it functioning again, and even then, Noorio rarely loads properly. I’ve tried connecting the cameras directly to my modem and ensured my phone was on the same network, but it still fails to load or update.

This product has been nothing but frustration, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Honestly at first we were excited to get this camera, at first everything was “good”. Everything was running well until some time. The camera said “failed to connect” it’s been having this problem a long time now! I wish I could go back time and get another different camera. Worst experience with cameras! Don’t buy this unless you want a laggy and slow camera! It doesn’t even show 15sec of videos. Max 5sec. Horrible!

Had no issues with their B210 cameras so I ordered a bunch of B310. I have them hard wired with cloud storage. Although somewhat delayed capture, they are decent cameras. However, a few of the cameras I have mounted upside down and in settings specify to flip video 180. It sometimes records the correct way, and sometimes sporadically saves footage upside down. No such problem with the B210 camera, only the B310. Regret making the upgrade as it is extremely annoying and hasn’t been resolved for at least 6 months.

Honestly this camera was really great at first. I haven’t even had this device for 6 months yet, now it glitches and Noorio has major problems. It’ll say “failed to connect” for days before I’m able to get it working again. You won’t be able to see any past motions or live view because it won’t work. I’ve had that issue many many times, quite frankly it’s annoying. If they fixed that problem, this camera option would be a lot better. There’s other cameras that are cheaper that do a way better job compared to this.

In my opinion, If this company actually stood behind their products and app, the issues wouldn’t continue. They’d be fixed and there would be happy customers who truly have faith in the products working correctly. Noorio constantly shows events heavily delayed, failing to connect, support tickets from Noorio …who knows what happens with those. Major tech issues need to be fixed with Noorio.

Noorio needs to be either updated or improved. It is very hard to get a review of the video that I just got informed about. Even if I wait for it to load and then open, there is a glitch and it will crash. Crash happens several times. Glitchy to play back. Picture quality is good.

I recent purchased several cameras that require Noorio to view footage and while the cameras produce wonderful quality surveillance footage Noorio often crashes during viewing. Often I am notified that motion was detected, once I begin the process of viewing the reason for the push notification Noorio will either crash or give me problems loading the most recent recordings. I especially have issues opening a push notification if I am doing it immediately. Other than these few issues I like the cameras the battery life is decent and the options for sensitivity are good but Noorio itself could be better. Cameras 4.5 stars while Noorio is 2.5 star rating in my book

I love this camera, I love the night vision and the notifications it gives. But Noorio is constantly buffering or glitiching or crashing. I don’t think the camera is the problem, Noorio is obviously the problem here. And the battery life on the camera is pretty good, can last up to a week before needing a recharge.

I really feel good when I leave home, and go to work. I know that it's my home is safe and I'm notified throughout the day, I am speechless for the quality of pictures.

I have not experienced any issues with my cameras or Noorio and found them incredibly easy to set up and install. Noorio is easy to use and I love that it recognizes my dogs as pets. I was able to discover that a neighborhood cat takes over our backyard at night hunting mice which explains why my dogs started marking their territory with a vengeance and our mouse problem went away! I feel much more secure now that I have extra “eyes” all over our property and the solar panels are such an inexpensive option that allowed me even more flexibility for positioning without needing to worry about the battery charge. I wish I would have found these before I spent thousands on another system since i will be replacing it now. If you are hesitant about purchasing these cameras don’t be.

I’ve been using this app over 2 years with great success. It’s easy to set up and install. It’s a great waterproof monitor of inside and outside activity. I get great pics of pets and outdoor cats, racoons, birds, etc. Compared to other products, it’s worth the cost and there is no subscription needed.

It’s an awesome security camera long lasting 1080p 4K only problem is Switching from one to another takes too long if there’s an update to switch from camera to camera instantly let us know this app

I’ve only had this camera a couple of days, but I absolutely love all the features. The audio alarm, the led light, the clarity, and of course the internal memory, and NO subscription!! I have different cameras, but maybe I’ll be changing those out with these. Because the other ones cost.

I’m so happy I purchased this! Easy set up! Picture quality is much better then our previous camera. I really like customized settings for alerts so my time isn’t wasted looking at wind blowing something across camera line of sight!

Great camera...time is wrong and won't connect to Alexa besides that..best wireless camera..better then any other one and battery life last 3 months!....
will 5 star it when time and Alexa is fixed

Everything about the hardware and software is great. The only improvement recommendations I have are to add adhesive tape as part of one of the mount options included in the purchase of the product, and to add an option that allows you to send local PD to your home coordinates after you review the camera and notice an intruder.

What can I say - I work all day and recently my cat was sick - I could t be there… I realized in retrospect that had I been able to see him- with a pet cam - I wouldn’t have been so stress at work- it took years off my lifespan. Super easy to set up and I get notices when my crew are tooting around the house. Couldn’t be happier or have greater peace of mind.

My wife and I have her mother living with us. Unfortunately, she’s diagnosed with vascular dementia and at the more pronounced period in her life. We don’t wish to place her in a care facility as she can still do some things on her own. And, we encourage it!

Since my wife and I both work, we needed a means to keep a watchful eye on her. This system is the best. Both my wife and I can see if she’s getting her afternoon meal or if any problems. It is a the best!

I’ve tried blink ( took 15 sec to connect to App , blurams ( indoor w plug. Good but need a plug. ) Google nest ( wired to your home but the hub often can’t access the camera and the latest version is wireless but doesn’t connect to home monitor) and now this great camera. 1: easy to set up. 2:Battery operated (180 days) easy to charge. 3: Easy to place indoor or out door.. and easy to relocate the camera to cover a event etc 4: app connects you right away.. 5 : 8 GB of free video. 5: I put one under the Google nest camera n the view was identical n I could access the view from Noorio while google nest told me that the camera wasn’t available.. love this

I was in the market for some interior security cameras. I didn't know what I needed, what it would require, and I purchase these. I couldn't believe how easy they were to install and start using. We love them and feel safer!
