Does not work properly!!!!!!
This app is a great concept but nothing about it works properly. It will give you bonus points and or coupons and then they will disappear before the expiration date. The app will have you opt in on something for bonus points and then you never receive the bonus points. It only seems to work right about 20 percent. I hope that Kroger pays attention to all the negative reviews and fix this app because it is a great idea if working properly.

Terrible
App doesn’t work right. Get messages about bonuses and they’re nowhere to be found. Takes forever to update any new points you accumulate. Unused points don’t carry over, but you have to stare at them every time you open the app, which is useless information. App has good intentions, and I really wish it would work correctly..

Not well executed
Why would you create a separate program with a separate login to earn Rewards? Signing up was cumbersome, why would you ask customers to retype everything you already have all my information?
