Something is off with the app

I’m not sure when the problem arises as the first few months the app worked fine. Now it’s showing lbs in the 1000s. I delete the older app and added the + app and it’s still giving the same issue. The scale itself works fine but the app doesn’t match the scale. The decimal point is in the wrong place.

Very numb skull app

This is the least intuitive app I think I’ve ever used. I started out with Fitdays, and then have been trying Fitdays plus. Fitdays, plus seems even more useless than Fitdays. There is no tech support, and now I’m really sorry I hesitated on returning the scale that I bought that works with these two apps.

Does not connect to Bluetooth

Connected twice after two weeks of trying, once when connecting on initial setup. Good scale when it works. Unfortunately can’t get information out of it to track. $100 lost.
