Nothing works. I can’t selectively delete data. Even the privacy policy is broken. I tried logging out and logging back in. Rebooting my phone. It’s just broken. For example, here is what the privacy policy says:

Too much of a hassle to upload results from scale

It won’t pair with my Bluetooth. This is the second scale. At least this time it has my weight correct. I returned the first one.

Connected twice after two weeks of trying, once when connecting on initial setup. Good scale when it works. Unfortunately can’t get information out of it to track. $100 lost.

This is the least intuitive app I think I’ve ever used. I started out with this app, and then have been trying this app plus. this app, plus seems even more useless than this app. There is no tech support, and now I’m really sorry I hesitated on returning the scale that I bought that works with these two apps.

I’m not sure when the problem arises as the first few months Fitdays worked fine. Now it’s showing lbs in the 1000s. I delete the older app and added the + app and it’s still giving the same issue. The scale itself works fine but Fitdays doesn’t match the scale. The decimal point is in the wrong place.

The scale doesn’t match up with your phone. Says I’m over 1000lbs. I’m 160lbs. Would be cool if it actually worked.

Lots of potential, but right now there are a lot of issues with Fitdays .
1) doesn’t sync with the scale automatically. I always have to wake it up by going on the device tab and click on the scale which seems to reconnect it
2) Doesn’t sync with Apple Health even though everything is setup correctly as far as permission goes. But Health claims there is no data to sync with Fitdays
3) Lack of trend data. That wouldn’t be an issue if the Health integration would work but since it doesn’t, this is lacking.
4) Doesn’t seem to integrate with Passwords app so you have to remember the password for Fitdays all the time.
5) not sure what tech they use for the UI, but doesn’t look very native on iOS.

I weigh most every day. Overall, my scale and app work well - and pair reliably. The reading also syncs my weight with some of my other health apps so I don’t have to enter manually.
A few things that are really annoying. Some readings are clearly not accurate and need to be retaken - that’s no big deal. Some of these misreads are the product (not uncommon in my limited digital scale experience), and occasionally, they are user error (don’t move while reading is being taken).
What’s a big issue is Fitdays doesn’t not allow for session deletion, so these misreads are stuck in the tracking system, poisoning the whole trend.
I wish the company would continue to improve its app functions to include this small, but pretty fatal error.

When you look at some of the instructions and descriptions of the categories, it is full of spelling errors.
One then has to wonder about the quality of the software and the accuracy of the measurements.
For me. it seems like a bunch of the algorithms are way off and quite different than my other smart scale.
The scale has me as “obese” 🤣 when I am actually a marathon runner and pretty thin at that!
buyer beware.
What you’ll find with the smart skill —If you do some research -/ is that they really are not very accurate.

I just.wanted to monitor my water intake as I have kidney problems. This does it all! I have enjoyed seeing where I’m at overall. It helps to know areas you are improving in and the areas you need to work on. Helped me set a reasonable goal for myself and not an unrealistic one. Very accurate according to my Doctor’s scale.
