They cancelled my account by mistake, and now I can’t use it
For some weird reason, my account was cancelled. I tried to ask if they could reinstate it but I was told that there was no option or solution. Although for most locals, they have multiple phone numbers and could probably easily find an option, I don’t. In the end, it just feels odd. When I called for help, I was told I have no option. And so in the end as it now is public. I hope it realizes it needs to up its professionalism. Alas, I will shifting allegiances back to Starbucks. Thanks Luckin for making this an easy choice with poor service.

English Support Stopped
I used to be able to read the products and descriptions in English within the app. Sometime during the last few months, my app stopped showing anything in English. It’s frustrating, because the app used to be in English, and English is still listed as a supported language by the app. Get your act together and provide customer service. I’ve been ordering from Starbucks instead due to this inconvenience. Do you not value foreign customers?

Map location
I ordered a coffee easy enough but when I went to go pick up the coffee there was no store. The location that the app has for the store was incorrect I eventually went into the hotel who’s parking lot was supposed to be the store. They said it was two blocks further down. I could not pick up my coffee because I had to get to work. Please put the correct location for your stores.
