I’d just like to know, before I add an item to my cart, how much it costs! I had $9 preloaded on the app from previous orders. I attempted to buy a coffee and that new peanut butter smoothie, more than $9! How much more? No idea. Maybe I could adjust my coffee order, eliminate one of the shots I added, which the app tells me is $1. But I’m not allowed to know how much a smoothie costs until I add a minimum of $10 to my card. So now it takes me $19 to buy two beverages? I get that $10 is a minimum because of credit card fees but like, just tell me how much the drinks are so I don’t add things to my cart, just to find out I will need to reload more $, and then remove them, and go back to add other drinks! Very frustrating experience while in need of caffein. Please just tell me how much things cost.

Not happy about having to download an app to place order and pick it up, to not have to go into store due to COVID. What’s even more irritating about not being able to place order over the phone is having to “load” a minimum of $20 to the app before you can place first order. So basically they take your money before you even spend it. And if you have any $$ left over after you place an order it’s on the app and you can’t get it back, so you have to place another order and it’s a vicious cycle of trying to use up your $ you put on there. They want you to download the app so badly so they can get your DATA and your MONEY. I will not be going back!!

Every single order I put in for delivery, my address somehow gets messed up. Even after entering it correctly multiple times, the app puts my location blocks away from me. This ends up with the Postmates driver confused and me trying to explain where I actually live. It’s not the driver’s fault, nor Colectivo’s fault, but Postmates fault. Partner with another delivery company and I might be able to actually buy from you again.
Otherwise, I won’t be ordering any longer since I don’t feel like walking outside for 15 minutes trying to flag down the understandably confused driver.
