SUGARGOO From China to Global Reviews

It won’t even let me sign in to my account I registered it and everything and it still won’t let me .

It keeps telling me my user does not exist when it clearly does.

Just a white screen

I’m having the same issue as other users. Login credentials are definitely right but app claims that I am not a user. I can log in to the website just fine with the same credentials.

awful app, said they were gonna purchase within 6 hours but didnt, resulting in the seller to increase price. now im out 50 dollars because of this useless app

But they need to work on SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal, the messaging feature is the most frustrating as it takes a long time to get a reply and when you do the agent seems clueless sometimes. I hope they fix it because it used to be a great service.

I have been trying to login to my account and everytime I enter my email it’s fine but as soon as I like the password to enter in my screen goes white and I can’t do anything, needs to be fixed because it won’t work

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s not as good as pandabuy and I’ve noticed a lot of the “5 star reviews” all use the same dialect and word choice so that tells me that employees and friends of employees are writing in good reviews that are totally opposite of what the real reviews are saying. How deceitful. Shame on sugargoo

I can’t search anything, I type in my search and the screen just gets stuck. I tried using the image search but it doesn’t even work either

I ordered something from SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal and after I placed an order SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal wouldnt open anymore. I would be left ina black screen every time I’ve opened it. And when I tried to open it on my pc it wouldn’t even open too. And I’ve tried to research on how to open it but I’ve haven’t found a solution. I restarted SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal also multiple times.

Customer service is really bad. They are really slow and for return they take forever

I still can’t log in at all but I have seen many great things on SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal I love all the cheap shipping prices but I tried to log in and I got everything right but it still says wrong account or password so I reset password and took a screenshot of it and still says the same thing

I love sugargoo, but, I can’t log in on SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal, it keeps “user does not exist.” Even though I have everything right.

Had SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal for a few months they added cashapp pay for like a day then it just disappeared can't even order nothing because it's unknown when it's coming back

Sugargoo app and service in general is very good in my opinion. I believe that shipping costs are fair. Customer service is kind & knowledgable & quick. The service is quick too.

The one suggestion I have for SUGARGOOFromChinatoGlobal is to implement notifications! In doing so it would make it even easier to know when packages have arrived at the warehouse or have shipped!
