Sam helped me pick a spring outfit for a date with my husband. She did a good job asking questions to guess my style and preferences and made a few nice suggestions. I ended up getting a dress and a necklace she suggested, since I already had similar shoes and a purse.
I give her credit because it is pretty difficult to find smth for a complete stranger you haven’t even seen so quickly.
She suggested Personalized Wardrobe Revamp service as a follow up. Which that’s what I originally thought this appointment will be. So TITLE description of services and the whole scheduling the appointment is confusing.

I had a great experience with Anita, who was super helpful with picking out an outfit for me. Went through a lot of suggestions to help with the customers satisfaction and style. Great for advice on outfits, but I just wasn’t expecting to buy the clothes separately from TITLE . I just don’t have the money right now to be buying all of it. I was thinking the clothes came with the subscription, I guess I didn’t read that much into it. From what I was told they are working making it more accessible for buying clothes through TITLE , but for now it’s just through links. Which is still helpful, just not what I was expecting.

I was expecting a box service but instead got something better- I was able to chat with my stylist- sending her pictures and ideas of my general style. She then went and curated an outfit. During the process we changed a few things and I asked specific questions about the clothes. When I liked what she chose, I clicked on Buy Outfit and was taken piece by piece to the clothing sites and purchased. I even made a couple of color changes once I got into the site (like the top from Banana Republic). Really liked this service- will use it again!

Had my first session today. I’m not a big fashion person but I do like to look good and was looking for a way to spice up my wardrobe with a BOHO / Casual style.

Phoebe spend time asking questions to get to know what I wanted and put together a great outfit. She tweaked it until we had exactly something I loved and fresh ideas for my wardrobe.

I’m still learning app but the service is for a stylist and then I purchase the items that I want from links. I downloaded on a whim thinking it was a box subscription but love the personal touch.

I like TITLE . The personal stylist, Mina, was amazing!!!! Such a simple change will make a huge difference in my wardrobe. I just hate that everything isn’t all together already. I’m not fond of having to buy everything separately from different websites. I thought it was an app that everything would come all together. Unfortunately that’s not what TITLE is about. Knowing that I still love the recommendations that Mina gave. They provide you with the link directly to the items that they recommend.

Ok I will be honest. I RARELY write a review. However, I was thrilled with my first session with Mara. She nailed my style and I am honestly buying the entire outfit! I love the fact the clothes are not $200 per item. They are affordable yet classy. I can buy the whole outfit for a little over $100 and that includes shoes and a purse! I’m not sure about the whole cancellation policy but at this point I’m not planning to cancel any time soon so will cross that bridge later I guess. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a style consult/upgrade!

Charlotte was very sweet and patient with me. I gave her lots of details the end product was a look I pretty much already do. So I guess that was a success. The chat session did freeze mid way through I took a star off for that. She sent me the link to report technical problems which was very helpful as I couldn’t add my phone number into my profile either. I will continue to try this service again hopefully next time I will come up with a few wonderful surprises.

TITLE is not what it advertised when I saw it on Instagram said it would help with Bohemian styles to make you look younger. It took over two hours for her to come up with one outfit and a bunch of questions that were asked that I had answered in a quiz that I’ll the quiz is, does nothing just get you into it. I told them that I lived in a cold area and she sent me sandals part of the design, I think the idea of TITLE is good but unfortunately they have them communicating with so many people they don’t actually take the time to look at what you are also was under the impression it was a subscription app. It’s very vague on what it was. Trying to cancel it been a nightmare. I have to cancel my credit card instead.

My stylist name was Charlotte, and I was surprised at how quickly she was able to understand my style, and to present me with an outfit that was right in line with my ask. The style actually matched dress that I had many years ago that I always received compliments on. The service is worth its money and now I know where I can buy shoes in my size and finally get the right type of jacket for California weather.

This company and services are misleading and borderline fraudulent. It is basically a marketing arm that leads you to 2 fast fashion clothing websites based in China. The stylist didn’t provide an outfit with my requests which was to have only natural fibers and took over two hours to suggest an outfit with low quality polyester clothing from those 2 websites. I cancelled the service (a 12 week subscription) within 12 hours of signing up and requested a refund for unused services and they refused. Now I’m disputing the charge with the credit card company. Don’t waste your time with this service. TITLE also had many bugs and didn’t have the style guides offered when I signed up.

I downloaded TITLE feeling so excited to revamp my style and have a professional help me with it.

TITLE has nothing to look at or shop around for- other than trying to sell you more appointments. In order to have an outfit styled for you, you have to make an appointment with a “real” stylist. When I pulled up the schedule, everything was booked except for 1am and 2am slots. I booked ten days out a 9pm appointment on a Sunday.

When I signed on for my first appointment, a bot greeted me then a few minutes later connected me to an online “live” agent. The agent was nice, but took around 5-8 minutes to ask and answer questions. The appointment took a full HOUR to choose a “curated” outfit for me that was a turtle neck, jeans, sneakers, jacket and accessories (chain, earrings, and purse). The experience was so painful and the outfit was so underwhelming. An HOUR for this, it does not make sense.

The bottom line is that it’s a waste of your precious time. You can just find outfits on Pinterest! Save your money and time!!!!!

TITLE is interesting, the process is long. The advisor I had listened to everything I said and understood what I was looking for. The unfortunate part for me was I owned most of the pieces that were recommended. I will give it another shot but I may already know my style, I just need to tweak my wardrobe with a few pieces.

I signed up for this to see if I could get some help with dressing myself with style, without breaking the bank. Am I glad I did! Phoebe helped me (chat session) by asking me a few questions, showing me a few styles to choose from that resonated with me. She got my budget too and found me an amazing outfit that I was under no obligation to buy, it was from a stores website so no pressure!

I’ve read some other reviews, and I agree that this is not what I had expected, but I liked the way it worked. I met with Mina today. She took some information from me about my lifestyle and the looks that I like. she came back with a nice starter outfit. I am still trying to figure out how to purchase it. I think I just click the pictures and select my sizes and order.

I was looking for ways to update my style and saw an add for TITLE. I paid for a subscription and downloaded TITLE - to then find out each of the services costs even more. Realizing I made a mistake - my mistake for not reading the reviews - I figured I would cancel the subscription and move on. The subscription link in TITLE does not work - the contact us page in TITLE failed - and I have little faith the email I sent to the company (requesting they keep the money I spent today but don’t charge me more) will ever be seen.

Do not use this company - it’s not what you think it is.

I should never have clicked into that Facebook ad about Boho Styles. Click baits after click baits, not letting you even have a glimpse of what you’re getting yourself into.
Important to note that they don’t allow refunds if their service is not what you imagined, so have fun thinking about the so-called “30-day refund”.
Also, did you know you only get 1 session per month? And if you accidentally booked the wrong time, there’s no turning back.
I hope no one else falls into the same trap I did. May justice eventually find you even with all the loophole you squirm through.

Complete scam, downloaded TITLE not realizing that you cannot purchase anything through TITLE and ask for a refund less than 24 hours after downloading TITLE since it just wasn’t what I thought it was and they refused Refund. Do not download TITLE!!!! I’m realizing now that reading through the other similar experiences in these reviews, that there is no intention for this company to fix its app or it’s customer service policy as this, unfortunately, seems to be a shared experience among almost all of the people they duped, and they have no intention of making it right for anyone.

Charlotte was amazing. The conversation was so smooth and I can be picky at times and she just kept giving me options until we found what I liked with such a pleasant attitude. The final outfit is so cute! And I love that their options come from a variety of stores too!! Can't wait for my order to come in!! Thanks so much Charlotte!

Easy appointment booking with different hours available. It is over a chat with your personal stylist. Mara definitely figured out my style I was going for. I had the image of what I like and she nailed it spot on. Everybody needs a style spruce up and the best of all is figuring out what looks good on our body shape! I love it.

I was paired with a fabulous fashion expert and now my life is so much more easier!!! I now have a guide for my color type! I loved the bright pinks! But unfortunately it’s not the best color for my undertone. We can’t know it all though so I’m grateful for the help I received today and I give TITLE five stars!!!

I really enjoyed this experience. I was given choices that I really liked and that were in my budget. Tiffany looked and found a few choices that suited me when I asked for something different. She was friendly and helpful. I am planning on getting a few of the selections, and already have a purse and earrings that are similar to what she chose.. so now I know I can incorporate them to look more put together.

You’re paying for a service that sends you to other companies to buy their clothes, not an actual styling delivery service.
During the sign up process they state there’s a refund policy if you don’t like the service. However, when you reach out to them to cancel and refund Mere Minutes after signing up because you realize they’re misrepresenting what they’re “selling,” suddenly their refund policy doesn’t cover if you’re unhappy with the service.

They’re literally scamming people for small amounts of money under the impression that people won’t waste their time to get it back.

It was so easy! Just hopped online in the this app app and a style assistant welcomed me immediately. Told me my stylists would be with me shortly and within a minute a lady named Diana was there assembling my outfits. Based on my reply she offered two style outfits, which helped me out tremendously! I was able to piece together shoes, handbag and beautiful ivory blazer for one outfit and then flared blue jeans and white scrunched tee-shirt from the other outfit. Am super pleased and excited to receive my outfits by this Friday!! The ordering was so simple and easy! Just click on the item to check it out and if you want to purchase it, just click add to cart. Highly recommend TITLE for busy women who don't have time to shop and try and piece together outfits!👍🏻😃

First time trying any kind of shopping app, I expected a zoom type of call for a more personalized approach but was satisfied with the Q & A Mary and I had about what I was looking for. I even sent her a pic of myself to help her see my hair and face tones. She was very patient and polite. I am placing my first order now so I hope everything goes smoothly.

When I downloaded TITLE and signed up for the subscription I was under the impression that I would get some type of guided stylist advise…the way it is advertised. Like some other customers, I also thought the style session would be a call or video chat something of that nature. It was a text chat and the stylist was very unhelpful. Clearly preoccupied and was a complete waste of my time. Since I realized upon signing up that none of the services that are advertised are actually included in the subscription but are in fact add ons, I decided this was not the subscription I wanted. When I reached out to customer service to cancel (because trying to cancel online is also not straightforward) I was told via customer service that since my reasons for cancelling were my “personal reasons” I couldn’t get a refund. And that it was actually not a fraud that they offered a money back guarantee because you cannot sign up for the service without agreeing to the terms and conditions (whatever THAT means). DO NOT purchase this service, they are scammers at worst-extremely misleading at best. DO NOT believe these pc answers they are giving in response to the reviews. They are frauds.

I had no idea what to expect when I agreed to trial period. My first chat session was today. Here are my thoughts:

Positives: The curated outfit is easy to view and easy to navigate through links to see pricing, availability, more pictures. The stylist was able to replace items I didn’t like to create a different look during our session. The options were affordable, if mainstream. (I’m not sure if you can specify your price range, that may effect the brands you see.

Negatives: The “dead” time in the session was lengthy. 5 mins to get connected to stylist. 25 minutes before I actually saw the outfit from the stylist. I need to explore more to see if there are options to share more about my personal style. The outfit chosen for me was not as seasonally appropriate as I would have liked but after an hour in session, I tapped out.

Overall it’s a fun way to explore new looks, brands, accessorizing options.

I paid around $50 + started the free trial which would end up charging me $99 as a subscription. I see what they are trying to do with TITLE, but it was very confusing to figure out what I actually paid for.

First of all, there’s not really a way to access info on what you signed up for after reading the fine print, I couldn’t remember if it was a week trial, 5 or 10 day trial. I was confused. Thank GOD I had insufficient funds in my Apple Pay account because I got hit with the $99 charge a few days later. By the way this subscription doesn’t show up in your Apple account to easily cancel either. So I went into TITLE to “manage my subscription” and it just asks why you’re leaving and gives a bunch of options that may not even be related to the reason you’re leaving. I hit cancel subscription and then get an error message.

I’m told to email support. I email. I don’t hear back it’s been a few days at this point, and I get hit again with an attempt to charge my Apple Pay $99.

This totally feels scammy. Like they set it up to take your money easily, but not to provide the service easily or make it easy to help you or cancel. So frustrating.

Congrats! It is time to provide you with a personal style guide. Then you click on CREATE MY GUIDE. BUT that’s not what happens. It takes you to download Lumi, which then becomes this app on TITLE Store.
You don’t get a guide! You get NOTHING!
You make an appointment with a stylist. The soonest one is 9 days away at 4 am. What can I do until then? Nothing. Cant look at outfits or anything.
I paid $7.99 for a weekly plan where it said YOUR OUTFITS ARE READY!
Where???
Then, there’s a “discover” area where you can pay extra for services that are actually what was already promised. Even all of these require payment BEFORE you choose a time. Those are probably 9 days away, too.
It’s just all sketchy and vague and not anything received anytime soon.

As all the other 1-star reviews indicate (I wish I’d read this before subscribing), TITLE is not as advertised, not intuitive to navigate, and has several tabs of features that are not accessible without paying more. I gained nothing from the amount I spent and actually lost time for the number of attempts I made to get help navigating TITLE , and eventually to cancel the subscription. The only response I got from customer “support” was to decline my refund request, and to mention features that I can’t find anywhere in TITLE . When I inquired about where to find said features I never heard back. I was really hopeful about having a consistent stylist for my PhD graduation this May, and as I develop my academia wardrobe. This is the first time I’ve ever given a 1-star review and this app has sadly earned it.

To be fair, the stylist said she had technical difficulty. That said, it took 30 minutes for her to deliver an outfit recommendation, where one single item did not match my preferences. I asked multiple times how the process work and received no reply. This leads me to believe she was working with other people at the same time, which is fine, but it took WAY too long and did not match what I answered. There is no discussion, it is all over chat. You sign on, they tell you to wait while they put together an outfit based on your quiz responses. Whatever tech they use to pick the outfits obviously leaves a lot to be desired. I will just use Pinterest, what a waste of time and money.

No one should pay for this. It is a scam. It has one name on Instagram ad, another one when you access it, and TITLE has another name. It gives you a subscription option, leading you to think it is a monthly subscription. Then the only available appointment was in 12 days. And there is absolutely nothing else on TITLE , but many options to chat with a stylist, you can pay more for more details on your chat... The only thing I could do in 12 days is wait. So I cancelled it. I thought I would still chat with the stylist in 12 days. But then I realized I was canceling a WEEK subscription. So…. I paid for nothing. There is absolutely nothing else on TITLE . But ads. Not clothes ads. Chat with an stylist ad. Useless.

I saw an ad on Instagram for this company. I liked the questionnaire. It was only $6 to sign up for a trial week. Once I signed up, I learned they charge left and right for services. It’s not a straightforward style box like DailyLook or Stitchfix. It’s $99 a month for this and $30 a month for that. Plus random charges of $8.99 and $9.99 and 0.99. And all these charges occurred after I had cancelled my membership. I have received two cancellation confirmation emails but I continue to accrue charges. I’ve submitted a complaint to my credit card company and they are investigating. this app is based in Cyprus with no phone number available. I don’t know where all the positive reviews are coming from. Don’t sign up!

I have tried to email them multiple times and asked multiple times for them to stop charging my card and have got nothing but an auto response and they still charged my card more than I signed up for! This is theft and illegal! I’m having to cancel my card just to stop this! There are no time slots available to meet with a stylist that is a reasonable time. Only spots in the middle of the night. So basically you are signing up and paying for weeks to be on a waiting list for something I don’t even know what I’m going to get. Not what I thought I was signing up for. Complete scam! Do not try this you will have to completely cancel your card to stop them from charging you!

ANOTHER UPDATE - it is 3/30, I downloaded TITLE on 3/23. I have attempted to contact the customer support email the developer listed in this response EVERY DAY since 3/23. They will not respond and do not follow the policies they publish. They charged me AGAIN today.

UPDATE - the reply to this is telling me to contact an email address that DOESN’T RESPOND. I was just charged again today after trying to contact this email for 6 days. It’s a misleading service and they will not respond to your support requests and it’s impossible to cancel. There is no way to contact them through TITLE . I went through the email I received when I signed up and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Beware!

This is not what I expected at all.

This service is not a wardrobe box. Instead only a styling service. I spent a lot of time filling out information regarding sizes, styles etc.

The clothes that were recommended were not available for the sizes I specified in my intake forms.

I was supposed to receive a 1 hour styling session. I received 20 minutes and then the stylist left to search for my sizing information and our session was cut short.

I have not yet heard back from the stylist. It has been over two weeks. I have contacted support and was offered a replacement appointment which would have been satisfactory as long as the recommendations were relevant but when I respond back with a date and time, that email goes without response as well. It is impossible to schedule this suggested appointment.

I requested a refund since I purchased other sessions upfront that have not been used but was told since I agreed to their terms I cannot have a refund and personal dissatisfaction is not covered under their refund policy.
