I have an iPhone SE running latest ios and plant parent just will not run. It opens and immediately closes.

I started the trial period and purchased the subscription. After not being able to use it I would like a refund. I only get error messages.

App comes up but replies as “failed” every time I click “continue” to use the app. I’m in the free trial mode and happy to pay for it “IF” it will work.

I would love the program if it was dependable. Cannot keep internet connection .. the input on my plants is not accurate. I want the program to workout.

On the opening screen, the only option is to click for a free trial. After clicking, I am in informed that I am already subscribed: after clicking ‘ok’ I am taken back to the opening screen again and just go around in circles. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

My watering schedule is not correct. How do I fix that so my reminders are accurate. My plant settings say that it recommends every 4 days, but my reminders are for every 18 day.

I have tried and tried to cancel my subscription within the one week free trial period. It has been a huge waste of my time. Pls cancel it NOW! And confirm that you have done so

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Plant Parent app issues:

Force Stop the Plant Parent App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Plant Parent app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Plant Parent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plant Parent App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Plant Parent app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Plant Parent.

Fix Plant Parent unable to contact server/ Plant Parent internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Plant Parent » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Plant Parent » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
