Hi, I have noticed a major glitch in the app. For my Devil's ivy, the app suggests that the plant should be watered every 7 days; however the task to water the plant is not coming up every 7 days, it's coming up a random number of days - the reminder to water the Devil's ivy will be in 16 days but i have just watered the plant today. If, however, I set the watering to every 6 days, the task mapping works fine. I have noticed this app because my Devil's ivy has started losing lots of leaves due to underwatering. I paid for the app because I am currently really busy and want to have peace of mind that I will be reminded when to water my plants. The app has been fantastic so far but so it's very disappointing that a glitch like this crops up as I am not sure if I can fully trust it any more. Are you able to help resolve the issue? I have also noticed this glitch in my other plants too - which means I am not watering my plants correctly. The main reason I got this app was for the reminders, and it is so extremely disappointing that the reminders are not working properly at all; I would therefore like to get a full refund as I am not getting what I have paid for. best, Akin

Your app charged my card for v the full year subscription after 3 days. I signed up for 7 day free trial and would have absolutely canceled. Please refund this charge. Totally not acceptable for a company to do.

Please discontinue this trial membership. I do not approve any charges past the trial period; I never saw anything about the $29 charge until I tried to start a free trial. Since there is no unsubscribe system in your website this is the only method available. I will contest any charge for your program.

Hi. Are you aware your logos and adverts are appearing on twitter on threads where females are being sexually abused abd their lives threatened. Twitter won't protect this female amd ur logo appears on every thread where she is begging 4 help. Ur logo is being associated with sexual abuse. I have lots of screenshots if you need proof but nowhere 2 send them. Are u complicit in sexual abuse online to females??

Please remove my payment method from your app. I was not satisfied with the information I was given on my plants. I have discontinued the Plant Parent app. Thank you.
I assumed that I could photograph each of my plants that was not doing well, probably from lack of adequate light. The name of your program strongly suggests that you make direct suggestions for helping each plant thrive That worked for my first plant. For my second berpalr bromeliad which should be bright red, your program gives me a name and photo of a healthy bromeliad of its species but NO suggestions so I will try more light . I am canceling your misleading and poorly programmed offering. Try again!
No stars. The app reads that it has in app purchases, but when you open the app it tries to force you to start a free trial period that charges you a yearly fee if you pass the free period without terminating in iTunes. ITunes? I did not hit the CONTINUE button. Let’s see if they try to bill me. I am deleting the app.
