The device is actually pretty decent, however once they have your credit card info they won’t stop charging you after you’ve canceled. “Cooper” from their customer service “team” was of no help and now they’ve disabled the chat function in TinoSec so I still can’t get a refund. Don’t fall for the scam, but from somewhere reputable…

This camera, which has night vision, doesn’t work at night. It doesn’t work half the time and if I get an alert, even though I’m paying monthly for a subscription, doesn’t store the alert to the cloud. They e charged me twice for one month and yet says I have no cloud service. Do not buy it. It says it is from America, the subscription is in china.

Greatest picture of all my home security cameras can’t miss anything on this camera only reason not five stars is because after a few weeks half of the cameras picture is black led out and can not be seen and another reason is because of the choppy audio that occurs randomly otherwise I’d only use these if they stay working in day one condition

The camera themselves are OK. The problem is I have to have multiple subscriptions so I’m paying more than I would if I went with a different company. I ordered all three cameras at the same time same place I feel like I should be able to have a subscription with multiple cameras.

I installed TinoSec and went to register. TinoSec just stayed stuck on a white screen and you couldn’t go any further. This is the only app to control the camera so without it it’s pretty much useless. I tried it again the next day and TinoSec was back online and was able to register no problem. The only thing I can think of was that there was some sort of internet blackout to the China servers. Anyways, I was able to pair my camera with TinoSec and got it working. I have to admit that after that brief frustration initial period of set up, the camera did work pretty good. Picture is very nice and the motion tracking works well. I’m half and half on recommending this camera. I like the features and the picture quality. When it’s working it works good. Will there be server downtime again? I can’t say. Just remember to read their terms of service because they do collect information such as assignment of personal number ID for identification and facial recognition and more. So it’s up to the individuals if you want to be exposed like this.

Perfect for what you get. Dislike it didn’t say to buy SIM cards on top of costs or to purchase cloud. Otherwise decent. I wish the video wasn’t so far away from what’s going on and there was a way to zoom.

Good cheap and easy camera. However, used to be able to delete the day of videos from going to the SD card option in TinoSec . Now with the update the only way is to reformat the SD card. Otherwise you have to remove the SD card constantly to delete the videos you dont need. Hope next update fixes this. Also to give an option of deleting single videos.

These cameras are excellent. Being solar power don’t have to use power to run them other than your WiFi connection. Excellent pictures and very pleased with them and are able to see our summer home from our phone. Thank you so much.
Other than we will not pay for the extra video bc we don’t use it… thanks again

I recently switched from another company to these wireless cameras and I’m amazed at how much better they are! The area covered per camera is much larger and the picture is crystal clear! I currently have 4 cameras installed around the outside of my home and can see every inch of my property. I highly recommend and they are easy to set up and install!

I got two sets of this camera for a steal of a deal. Excited to set it up for one the front door and two our patio. With other cameras I struggled with the volume of the two way. For some reason they could never hear me with this camera the audio is great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Let’s just c how easy it is to set up this camera. Wow pretty easy and i am not getting disconnected the way I have in the past with different cameras!!!
TinoSec is so easy to use even a child could set this camera up..
I think that for the price it’s a keeper..

The camera provides high resolution images and videos in both day and night. I use it to monitor a bird nest in backyard, garage, and front door since it is extremely easy to install and to move to different places. It has both white floodlight and IR for night illumination, 2-way talking function to serve as a digital doorbell, automatically event detection and saving to cloud, and multiple family member accessibility. In general, I like this device very much and plan to add more cameras to my home to form a system. The only improvement good-to-have is to add an App for the PC environment.

I had a different camera service but was not working good anymore and I saw these and decided to try them out! Wasn’t sure how they would be but the price was great so decided to order them. Wow oh wow!! Great little cameras I use them inside to face outside and was worried if there would be a glare because of the windows, but nope the picture is so clear and the tracking is great!!! Definitely going to order more for the back of my apartment!! Great project!

I’m so happy I decided to bought this camera it’s like an expensive security camera but I don’t have to spend an arm and a leg..the only downside is that i had a really hardtime conncting it to my phone but once i got it’s worth

Works just like is says easy as 123 to connect perfectly view ever function works as it says I highly recommend you to try this product.

This was very easy to set up. Much easier than the last one that I had, but I changed to 5G and my old one would not accept it. One problem, I see is the sensitivity on the camera. I have some small bushes very near the camera location and if there is a wind, the bushes move, just a little. The camera picks it up and starts recording a video. In 15 minutes now I have 18 videos. I’m glad I turned the alarm off. Is there anyway to change the sensitivity on the camera? Thank you.

This camera has really good video and sound quality. I would definitely recommend.

A very solid and easy to use camera, has a decent picture quality that improves with range, I use it outside my house and it works great.

These cameras have come in extremely handy. I have been able to put one on each corner of my house. The views, especially in the wide sections, are wonderful. And they stay charged for quite some time.
