Seems good other then the local memory card doesn’t actually record 24/7 even though my app is on memory card recording for all day so I’m going to return these and go with my old camera brand since that one does have recording all day on memory card and can go back up to 3months back a view recordings and this one doesn’t even record all day (new memory card) Also….. Not understanding how a 7 day free trial can cost $4.49 Shouldn’t a free trail be FREE ???

Setup is absolutely ridiculous. I have same cameras that work on cloud edge and this one I can’t even get it back downloaded (this app APP) making me pay for it. Can’t connect the camera to cloud edge neither. Can’t scan QR on side of camera.

User has to install both CloudEdge and this app , two apps for those cameras even they are same type but be purchased at different time

The device would not connect to my WiFi. Waste of my money

Scan of QR on camera is annoying, keeps trying to send image while trying center QR code...amateur coding error. Can't get camera setup with QR or manually. Try to scan QR code on phone with DC9L and nothing. My "blue light" is actually red light on DC9L. Very frustrating and pretty much a waste of money at this point. Stay away from this company if can

I bought cameras a couple years ago and used the Cloud Edge app. Never had an issue. My camera got broken in a hurricane and I purchased the exact camera on Amazon, but the new camera has to go through a new this app app. I purchased 1 subscription for iCloud storage so my camera would be backed up and save the recordings. Then 2 weeks later I received an extra charge to my account. When I reached out to customer service I was told they won’t refund the extra charge, that I must have accidentally signed up for another subscription plan. (Which isn’t true, I didn’t even get into Dekco until I saw the charge in my bank account) Customer service is no help at all. They basically stole that money from me and won’t tell me any info about my account and what I’ll be charged going forward.

Dekco was working fine for about a month then out of nowhere it logged me out, said “session expired” I tried logging back in but my password wasn’t working so I changed it, logged back in again but after a day the same thing happened. I don’t know what to do, I searched online everywhere and I found nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?

The camera seems fine for the price. Dekco features are there. However the execution of the playback is lacking at times which makes it frustrating to review activity.

Got these cameras because I didn’t want expensive monthly fees. They have exceeded my expectations with all the things they can do, not to mention customer service that is easy to contact and very responsive. I look at buying more in the future.

Dekco is amazing. I love the features and I barely even encounter problems at all. I would use this camera for years!

I think this is a very good app, and my family and I still enjoy using it

Really superb camera, but it would be even better if you could be able to block out an area that is causing false trips and there is no where else to put the camera. I live in the country and cameras are first defense in security.
