Hi just purchased a dekco camera DC9L and the camera only rotates from left to right half way was working ok but now only half way around got from Amazon Canada the set of 2 cameras Please let me know what to do with this camera Thanks

My Dekco DC4L camera won't reset or turn on. What do you suggest. I bought it from Amazon in 2023. I have 2 and the other one is fine - I need this one to work.
I have reported to PayPal and to my bank not to pay this bill anymore . I have deleted your account and if I have to will report you to the Dept. of consumer affairs. I no longer use your doorbell it has malfunction several times.
I purchased a solar Deko camera last Oct. It is less than 6 months old. It will no longer turn using the app. It just stops. Is there a way to fix this?

Seems good other then the local memory card doesn’t actually record 24/7 even though my app is on memory card recording for all day so I’m going to return these and go with my old camera brand since that one does have recording all day on memory card and can go back up to 3months back a view recordings and this one doesn’t even record all day (new memory card) Also….. Not understanding how a 7 day free trial can cost $4.49 Shouldn’t a free trail be FREE ???
I returned all 4 cameras I bought DONT waster yourTime on these cameras if you’re looking for something to record 24 seven

Setup is absolutely ridiculous. I have same cameras that work on cloud edge and this one I can’t even get it back downloaded (DEKCO APP) making me pay for it. Can’t connect the camera to cloud edge neither. Can’t scan QR on side of camera.

User has to install both CloudEdge and Dekco , two apps for those cameras even they are same type but be purchased at different time
